Scene Scene is a Double IPA version of Deya’s southern hemisphere heavy hitter, Senescence. Brought to you in glorious 3-D, they’ve taken the whirlpool hop addition up several notches to balance the chewy body and extended and refined the dry hop additions to bring more action to your olfactory bulb.
Constellations is a rotating IPA series, where brewers bring together some of the favourite hop varieties. For Cassiopeia, Burnt Mill have matched the 6 stars with Citra, Amarillo, Meridian, Strata, Sabro and Kohatu to create an IPA giving a tropical melody of mango and passionfruit, with subtle notes of vanilla and coconut.
Wignac is a small family owned & run Cider producer based in the French Ardennes produced in the shadow of the Castle of Guignicourt-sur-Vence by the descendants of the last Marquise de Wignacourt. We produce a range of 3 Natural and Organic Ciders, using 100% pressed French apple juice. We don’t add any Sugars or Sulphites to our ciders, and we source all of our ingredients from France meaning that we confidently say that our ciders are 100% French and 100% Natural.
Brewed with a mixture of classic and modern hops to bring together the flavours we love from both West Coast and East Coast-style hoppy beer. Smooth-bodied and full of ripe fruit flavours, it also delivers a punch of bitter, resinous hop notes.
Polly’s first ever TIPA. After nailing their DIPA game, a TIPA felt like a natural progression. In house favourite Spur is amplified to the max in their biggest beer to date. Massive amounts of stone fruit, peach, mango, and passionfruit flavours bursting throughout.

Ageing in oak vats for 18 months our Imperial Stout has slept the sleep of the Just. Big vinous aromas meld with oak and dark berries on the nose. A careful blend of speciality malts create a luxuriantly smooth texture and rich chocolate flavours in the mouth. Warming without being too boozy.
3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of one-, two-, and three-year old lambics. With aromas and flavour notes of vibrant fresh citrus, zesty and grassy notes to a mellow, oaky, stone fruit bouquet as the lambic continues to develop with time. This can be aged for several decades.
The Brut Cremant NV is a complex blend of ciders from different vintages, all fermented wild, some in barrel, some in tank, before being brought together for a seconf fermentation in this bottle. Left for two years, it was then riddled by hand and disgorged à la volée.
