Mont Rocher Viognier
Viognier from hillside vineyards in the Languedoc, picked early enough to keep the variety’s natural richness in balance. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics. Stone fruit, citrus, and a touch of floral lift, with a clean, rounded palate and a bright finish. An easy, expressive take on southern French Viognier with plenty of fruit and no heaviness.
Chateau St Cyrgues Saint Cirice
A beautiful and great value blend, on the nose it’s full of bright red berry aromas. Whilst being spicy and rich on the palate and full of mouthfilling fruitiness with a hint of liquorice and wild herbs showing through.
Château Saint-Cyrgues is producing quality wines across the board. In the vineyard, natural pest controls and fertilisers are used, they also work to organic principles and all the work is done by hand. Located in Costières de Nîmes, in the Rhône delta, sharing much of the same topography, soil and climate as the southern Rhône.
Villa Wolf Pinot Gris
The Villa Wolf Estate has been making wine since the 1800’s with Ernst Loosen from the Dr Loosen winery in Mosel taking over in 1996.
It was in the Pfalz region, back in the 19th century, that Pinot Gris was first identified as an individual variety and vinified separately. The modern-day Villa Wolf Pinot Gris is made in a full-bodied, dry style with fresh, unoaked fruit and a crisp texture. It is an excellent partner for salmon, chicken or pork.
Lanzerac Chardonnay
This full-bodied Chardonnay showcases prominent primary citrus aromas on the nose followed by a complexity of flavours including lemon, clover, ginger and vanilla. The palate reveals an excellent balance between fruit, acidity and softness with a lingering aftertaste.
Equipo Navazos I Think Manzanilla En Rama Sherry 37.5cl
A fine Manzanilla that’s powerfully aromatic. Fresh, with a salty tang, with plenty of acidity together with a very satisfying lemon twist to the finish. A natural Product with plenty of colour, weight and concentration.

Their Crémant de Loire Brut NV shows the estate’s style in full: bright orchard fruit, gentle citrus and a touch of floral lift, layered with subtle brioche from three years resting on its lees. The palate is crisp, dry and finely textured, balancing green apple and lemon zest with a soft, creamy mousse and a hint of almond.

A really attractive nose of wild strawberries, sour cherry, rhubarb and some herbaceous notes. Sweet but lifted palate of red fruits and a hint of spice. Really energetic and fresh for a dessert wine. Great with salty hard cheeses as well as blue and both fruit-driven puddings and chocolate desserts.
Diatomists Pedro Ximenez Sherry Half Bottle
The nose is packed with figs, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and cigar box aromas. On the palate it is very smooth and balanced without being cloyingly sweet. This elegant PX is aged for 5 years in bota and made from 100% Pedro Ximénex. Extremely concentrated and with invigorating acidity. To be served slightly chilled with pudding or to pass around the table after a meal.
Vigneau-Chevreau Vouvray Petillant Brut
A stunning and little seen sparkling wine that’s a perfect aperitif. 100% Chenin Blanc, bottled at low pressure giving a delicate, soft carbonation, with notes of dried apple, pear and apricot fruit with a creamy brioche finish.
Russolo Doi Raps
Doi Raps’ is the local dialect for two bunches, and the name refers to the fact that only two bunches of grapes are left to ripen on each vine. Because of this lack of competition between the bunches, the two that are left benefit from all of the energy and nutrients from the vine, allowing them to develop to unusual ripeness. It’s this technique that gives the Doi Raps such concentrated flavours and such personality.
Packed with surprisingly ripe fruit flavours of lychee, white peach, and candied lemon, the enchanting Doi Raps has so much character. The ripe fruit is joined by white flowers in bloom and a tingling, mineral finish. It’s not very often you find such ripe flavours in this cool growing area of North-East Italy, and it’s this unusual combination that makes Doi Raps so delicious.
Fruitiness offset by dancing acidity and a tiny, lingering touch of sweetness greets you on the finish, making you grab for more of the bottle. This is a blend of three grapes, with Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Blanc altogether in equal parts. White blends are common in this part of the world, owing in part to traditional viticulture in which grape varieties were not isolated and grown separately, wine was made according to vineyards that had natural mixes of varieties within.
Tenute Sella Orbello Coste della Sesia
Orbello is a small village very close to the vineyard where this wine is produced, it is a traditional blend that Tenute Sella has been producing for more than 50 years. An attractive nose of mixed red fruits that leap from the glass, the palate is soft and mouth-filling, with the red fruits following through on a supporting spine of minerality.
A wine if great finesse, with a gentle and seemless quality. Pair with a wild mushroom risotto for a nigh on perfect pairing.
Meandro Finest Reserve Port
A fantastic example of single estate port wine. Traditionally made using foot-treading in granit lagars before fortification. They vinify by parcel and grape variety, before ageing for a short period in large, old oak. The final wine is an expert blend from across different parcels and vintages, bringing together grape varieties and soil-types to fully represent the character of the whole estate.
Its dark, concentrated fruit character comes from perfectly ripe grapes grown in the warmer Douro Superior. There’s some greener, stalky, herbaceous notes, plus lovely spice and warmth from oak. The sweetness is balanced by fresh acidity so there’s nothing too sticky, and the gentle foot treading leads to soft, fine tannin, and a velvety texture.
Domaine Montesquiou Grappe d’Or Jurancon
The Montesquiou family have been a source of Jurancon wines for generations, today it is run by brothers Sébastien and Fabrice who have raised the quality of the estate to a new level. The brothers employ many of the techniques of biodynamic viticulture so that no insecticides and herbicides are used. This philosophy demands that they put a great deal of work in their vineyards to produce healthy grapes that have good balance between ripeness and acidity. Having picked healthy grapes the brothers intervene as little as possible in the winery allowing both the grapes and vineyards to speak for themselves. The results are stunning.
Grown in the foothills of the Pyrenees, they have taken the indigenous grape varieties of Gros Manseng, Courbu and Camaralet and created something very special indeed. Concentrated flavours of apricot, lemon and honey. Sweet, but without being too much, a pure joy to drink.
Antica Distilleria Quaglia Amaretto
The Quaglia Italian Classics were created with the aim of rediscovering family recipes, handed down from generation to generation since the early twentieth century, drawn from the passion and experience of four generations. This Amaretto is made from an infusion of bitter almonds with alcohol, together with a selection of herbs and spices and sugar.
Moorooduc Estate Pinot Noir
Established in 1982 by Richard and Jill McIntyre, Moorooduc Estate is a small, family run wine business that has developed an enviable reputation for complex and food friendly wines. Their wines are fermented using only wild yeasts (found on the skin of the grape and in the air) and minimal intervention to allow them to express the character of the individual vineyard sites. The Mornington Peninsula – south of Melbourne – is famed for the quality of their Pinot Noir and this wine is no exception.
Red and black cherry fruit on the nose and palate with a slight savoury undertone on the finish. Mouth watering acidity, firm tannins and a long lingering finish makes this an outstanding wine. We love it!
Pairs well with any game meats, porcini mushroom risotto & charcuterie.
Carcavelos Villa Oeiras 7 Year Old 375ml
Villa Oeiras is a wonderful new producer making old wines. The old estate of the Marquis de Pombal is now under the ownership of the local authority, and they are investing in their heritage to revitalise the vineyard areas and the almost-forgotten style of wine that is Carcavelos.
A great alternative to white port. Lots of fruit – sweet orange and dried stone fruits with a hazelnut and almond nuttiness provided by 7 years of ageing. This is definitely a sweet dessert wine but is well balanced with caramel and biscuit notes.
Quinta de la Rosa 10 Year Old Tawny Port
Traditional Port varieties, mainly Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca. The Port is named after the large barrel in which the Bergqvist family used to keep their family blend, Tonal 12 is steeped in history. Each year a small number of top quality wines are set aside to be aged in 550l oak pipes for an average of 10 years before being blended and bottled.
La Rosa’s vines rise dramatically out of the river with the imposing Vale do Inferno vineyard, and climb majestically up to an altitude of 500m with Lamelas, whose magnificent views overlook the very heart of the region. The estates grapes are category A – the very best in the Douro.
Remarkable freshness and minerality provided by the Quinta’s unique terroir, along with a steadfast desire to ensure that the brandy is well integrated means that all of their Ports are made in drier ‘house style’ without any overpowering sweetness. Dried fruit, apricot and figs, along with honey, almonds and orange peel. An exceptional Port.
