Once Upon A Tree Dabinett & Pinot Noir Cider
This cider co-ferment builds on a passion to raise the profile of cider as a wine alternative, which combines winemaking techniques and grape bi-products with cider. Made from 100% not-from-concentrate fruit, from a single vintage of Dabinett and dessert apples, co-fermented over Pinot Noir grape skins. An all-natural fusion of red berry fruits and apple richness and a huge mouthful of fruit enlivened by a gentle spritz. The complex of soft grape and apple tannins give this co-ferment a grown up, sophisticated approach, with huge length and a soft dry finish.

Little Pomona Bright Lights Sparkling Cider 7.3%
Bright Lights is a cider released from the 2021 harvest, emerging from the dark winter like a big burst of light and warmth – it’ll definitely make you smile!
Fermented wild, the transformation from sweet juice into a spine-tingling mouthful of juicy, bright citrus, perfumed flowers and blossom honey was something quite mesmerising. In order to slightly tone down the “cattle prod” acid that Bramley apples like to give, we blended in a small component of 2020 Dabinett and Michelin from barrel for harmony and then bottle conditioned it for a little natural sparkle.

Gospel Green Sussex Cyder
We first found this superb, Champagne method cider back in 2011, in a funky little wine shop near the National Trust’s Sheffield Park property, Sussex. After trying it we called the number on the back, met up with James Lane and we’ve been enjoying it ever since.
This is a wonderful blend of cooking and eating apples, the perfect alternative to Champagne. Next-level cider! Pure class.
Little Pomona Wading In
“Wading In” evokes that glorious, refreshing, enlivening moment of launching yourself into cool water on a hot day. Brännland Iscider
Brännland Cider started out in 2010 in Umea, a university town 600 kilometres north of Stockholm, with a dream of making great cider using apples grown in the cold climate of northern Sweden. Founder, Andreas Sundgren, has already had a considerable impact in the cider community by producing the only ice ciders made according to the Quebecois laws, using the naturally cold winters of northern Europe. Multi-award winning, these ciders are served in UK Michelin star restaurants because of their stand out quality.
Using the natural winter cold of Northern Sweden they concentrate apple juice on the best Swedish apples and ferment the sweet must into an ice wine, with equal parts fresh apple acidity and warm autumnal apple sweetness. This is an absolutely stunning fruit wine which can be enjoyed on its own, chilled or with desserts and cheeses.
