Dark mahogany in colour, the Coffee brandy combines the chocolatey aromas and flavours of the unusual mix of coffee and those of the wine distillate. The aromas and flavours are a delicious marriage of sweetness and bitterness with a mixtures of toffee, warm spices, roasted coffee and coconut milk.
The cherry brandy boasts a bright ruby red colour with lively copper shades. With aromas of ripe, warm red fruits, vanilla and spice, it is full and enveloping on the nose. On the palate the cherry flavours are beautifully intense and the sweet spices are complemented by a slight citrus freshness and an underlying hint to tobacco and caramel.
A renowned cider apple, hand cleaned, distilled and aged in a single chestnut wood barrel. Flavours of vanilla, freshly grated apple, hints of stewed apple, cream and cigar boxes.

Very supple on the nose, dominated by impressions of vanilla and reminiscent of brioche. Quite velvety on the palate at the start followed by flavours of violets, prunes, and vanilla. A gentle but long finish evokes liquorice, cinnamon and dried fruit.
