Liqueur d’Ananas is made from pineapple juice, picked at maturity, from a blend of several varieties that gives this completely natural golden color, without adding any dye.
With a powerful nose of fresh pineapple, this liqueur smells good sun. It brings a nice length in the mouth with a taste of pineapple both vivacious and sweet.
Cocchi Americano means much more to Asti than a simple wine made with the infusion of herbs and spices. Cumin has always been used to enhance the flavor of dishes and sauces, and also as a healing elixir, whose properties gave relief to intestinal problems or even to seasickness. Colazingari produces its liqueurs using a cold infusion method, which helps to retain flavour. This is the oldest among all recipes still in use by Colazingari Liquori. They keep the old and traditional methods of production, improving them where possible, allowing time for the long pauses between the different phases of production and for the natural fining of Sambuca Fina.

First made for British sailors stationed on the island in the 1700’s and is still made the same way, using eau-de-vie and juniper berries from the Mediterranean mountains nearby. The Xoriguer (pronounced sho-ri-gair) gin is key ingredient in the local cocktail, Pomada.
A seasonal gin made with damsons foraged from the Cornish coast. Infused with Star Anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and orange to balance the sweetness of the fruit and create a warming, slightly spicy gin liqueur. Drink neat with a cheeseboard or top it up with sparkling wine for a winters cocktail.
