Berto Gin
The Berto gin is a London dry style, made by the artisan Quaglia distillery, it’s got the classic juniper aromas front and centre with a harmonic and elegant selection of other aromatic mediterranean plants such as rosemary, iris, wormwood and bay leaves, which add a delicate herbal and citrus note. All the botanicals are grown in Italy.

Osmoz Classic Gin
Winegrower from six generations, Laurent Vallet has decided to start on a new adventure: create a range of gin, distilled from grapes. With his wife Elodie, they have selected 12 aromas, including 6 derived from their different eaux-de-vie (Linden, Apple, Liquorice, Apricot, Almonds, Clove) This is a dry style with predominant juniper flavours.
Dyfi Distillery Pollination Gin
Pollination Gin is a celebration of the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve of Dyfi. Their foraged botanicals come from within the Biosphere reserve: from the Snowdonia foothills, through the Dyfi Forest, and down to the estuary marshlands, including wild flowers, aromatic leaves, fruits and conifer tips.
Very limited production. 29 botanicals, 20 of which are wild-foraged and precision-distilled. Each bottle is signed and numbered by hand.
Dyfi Hibernation Gin
The botanicals they forage for Hibernation Gin are influenced by the wild fruit harvest. They include wild crab apples, blackberries, and bilberries. They combine these with carefully selected classic, and other locally-foraged botanicals, before resting in a very rare White Port cask. They believe this is the world’s first gin to be aged in a fully-seasoned White Port barrel, which is provided by their friends at Niepoort Vinhos. We also stock their wines and ports in our shop! Each bottle is hand signed and lot numbered, recognising extremely limited production.
Capreolus Distillery Garden Swift Gin
Sicilian blood orange, lime tree leaves, verbascum and wormwood alongside other flowers and spices. The result is one of the most fantastically complex gins available.
Barney Wilczak perfected the art of distilling a range of Eaux de Vie, before turning his attention to gin. Working from the old lean-to greenhouse in his parents garden in rural Gloucestershire, he manages to tease out every subtle nuance of flavour from the 34 different botanicals.
