We start by using a foundation of juniper and coriander to which we add an exotic blend of cardamom, cumin, clove, cinnamon, black pepper, chilli and a hint of Jaffa orange.

A rich ‘cakey’ mouthfeel, candied peel and raisins are at the forefront of this gin, which might be taken as a shot from the freezer instead of Christmas Pudding, lengthened with a dash of tonic, or mixed into any festive cocktail. The ultimate Christmas present!
Distilled with Seville Oranges and British Marmalade, this is just a touch sweeter than a typical London Dry. Star anise and liquorice root were aslo added in the distillation process to complement the orange flavours. A smooth, citrus forward gin thats sippable, mixable and very drinkable.
Dandelion and Burdock is a favourite flavour combination. Earthy flavours of the roots are distilled with heather, honeybush and almond. A classic dry gin to drink with tonic, or serve with ginger ale or a traditional Dandelion & Burdock soda.
An original English classic, made with organic sloes, rested in Sacred Gin for two and a half years (a very long time!), before being dosed with an extra kick of juniper right before bottling. Rich and fruity, with an unusual Juniper-piney backbone, this is perfect with sparkling wine, or in a hip flask.
