Berto Gin
The Berto gin is a London dry style, made by the artisan Quaglia distillery, it’s got the classic juniper aromas front and centre with a harmonic and elegant selection of other aromatic mediterranean plants such as rosemary, iris, wormwood and bay leaves, which add a delicate herbal and citrus note. All the botanicals are grown in Italy.

Dyfi Distillery Pollination Gin
Made with foraged botanicals from Snowdonia’s Dyfi valley, including wild flowers, aromatic leaves and conifer tips. They only distil in extremely limited, small batches and each bottle is signed and numbered by hand.
Pocketful Of Stones Dandelion & Burdock Gin
Dandelion and Burdock is a favourite flavour combination. Earthy flavours of the roots are distilled with heather, honeybush and almond. A classic dry gin to drink with tonic, or serve with ginger ale or a traditional Dandelion & Burdock soda.

This spice blend uses Cassia and Grains of Paradise to complement the citrus and juniper of the London Dry style.
Hibernation Gin
The botanicals they forage for Hibernation Gin are influenced by the wild fruit harvest. They include wild crab apples, blackberries, and bilberries. They combine these with carefully selected classic, and other locally-foraged botanicals, before resting in a very rare White Port cask. They believe this is the world’s first gin to be aged in a fully-seasoned White Port barrel, which is provided by their friends at Niepoort Vinhos. We also stock their wines and ports in our shop! Each bottle is hand signed and lot numbered, recognising extremely limited production.
Goudoulin Gin
A beautiful French gin made in Alsace by esteemed distillers Miclo, and aged in Armagnac barrels from one of the favourite brandy producers, Veuve Goudoulin.
Garden Swift Gin
Barney Wilczak perfected the art of distilling a range of Eaux de Vie, before turning his attention to gin. Working from the old lean-to greenhouse in his parents garden in rural Gloucestershire, he manages to tease out every subtle nuance of flavour from the 34 different botanicals.
