This is, both literally and figuratively, agave distilled. Fruity, vegetal and spicy, this is a pure expression of what Tequila should be. A great example of a traditional blanco Tequila, Tapatio Blanco is rested for two months in stainless steel tanks post distillation and prior to bottling. At 40% ABV Tapatio Blanco has a higher ABV than the Reposado and Añejo so that, when used in Margaritas and cocktails, the character of the agave shines through.
Colazingari produces its liqueurs using a cold infusion method, which helps to retain flavour. This is the oldest among all recipes still in use by Colazingari Liquori. They keep the old and traditional methods of production, improving them where possible, allowing time for the long pauses between the different phases of production and for the natural fining of Sambuca Fina.

Amrut Fusion is then blended and ‘married’ in American oak barrels for an additional three months. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 50% ABV, it is lightly peated with a complex flavour profile. This whisky was named Third Finest Whisky in the World by acclaimed whisky writer Jim Murray in 2010.
Sweet and oily, with butterscotch and vanilla toffee. Crafted from Espadin agave, Reposado is “rested” for up to four months in ex bourbon barrels before bottling. More complex than its younger sibling, but with less smoke – four months in a cask has rounded the edges off and helped the smoke integrate, creating a richly bodied mezcal, with sweet highlights.
