Cotswold Hills White Wine with Bubbles Can
Cotswold Hills is a winery in Down Ampney, Gloucestershire that produces wines made from Ortega, Chardonnay, Seyval and Bacchus grapes. Students of the Royal Agricultural University play an active part in running the social enterprise and proceeds contribute to the University’s Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Programme.

A big, natural Rhone from a fantastic little cooperative in Estézargues near Avignon.
Made with minimal intervention, unfined, unfiltered. Soft red fruits on the palate. Hearty, but really approachable.

A great alternative to Gavi. This is a fresh, crisp and dry white with green apple aromas, lime and honeysuckle. We love this for summer drinking.

A really fresh Chenin, delicious tropical fruit flavours with a rounded finish. This is such good value for money.
Blockhead Shiraz
Made from 60-year-old vines, most of which are in the trendy Swartland region. About 30% stems are used in the fermentation and the wine receives a sort of Ripasso treatment as the wine is run over the skins again at the end.
It’s fresh, vibrant, positively thumping with sappy cherry fruit. The grip is there but perfectly balanced with a classy spiciness.
Ke Bonta Sangiovese
Produced from Sangiovese grapes from the Salento peninsula in southern Puglia. Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks, with six days spent on skins. No oak ageing.
A fresh, medium-bodied style with red and black berry fruit characters, and a hint of spice balanced by tangy acidity.
Saison de la Vigne Blanc
A blend of Columbard and Ugni Blanc producing a wonderfully fresh wine, full of citrus, green apple and tropical fruits, with a dry zippy finish. A perfect every day drinking wine.
One Chain The Googly Chardonnay
One Chain Vineyards work with growers all around South East Australia to source fruit from some of the most established regions. The wines are inspired by and take their name from the country’s favourite sport, one chain is the imperial measurment for the length of a cricket pitch.
Cool climate Chardonnay, tangy, crisp and full of tropical fruit flavours. A really good expression of this variety, you’ll be bowled over!
Centelleo Tempranillo, Syrah
Spain’s most famous grape variety, Tempranillo, is full of juicy bramble and cherry fruits with a hint of spice on the nose while the palate displays soft rounded tannins. This red is supple and succulent with a juicy finish.
Great on its own or with grilled lamb cutlets, mild curries or casseroles.

This is a light, crisp Vinho Verde with white fruit aromas ranging from the orchard to more tropical fruit flavours. With a slight spritz, this is the perfect summer drink and only 10.5%.
Terre Allegre Sangiovese
A juicy, succulent ruby red wine with savoury cherry and plum jam characters. Soft tannins and a bright ripe fruited finish. Pair with classic Italian tomato based pasta dishes, white meats and seasoned cheeses.
Terre Allegre Trebbiano
Excellent as an aperitif, with appetizers, with light first courses and second courses based on fish or white meats.
Centelleo Airen Moscatel
White floral notes and lime on the palate and a nice dry finish. Pairs well with salads, goats cheese and fish dishes.
Santiago Pinot Noir
A light and delicate red. Strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant with no discernable tannins. Very, very easy drinking! Serve chilled, you won’t regret it.
Castillo Del Moro Tempranillo
Vineyards are grown on the plains surrounding the town of Manzanares in La Mancha, on a number of varying soil types. The nose gives liquorice, dark fruits and lychee aromas. Intense, with medium structure and a long finish on the palate.
Goes well with Chorizo, Spaghetti bolognese, Toad in the hole, Steak Frites
Castillo Del Moro Airen Sauvignon Blanc
This modern, crisp white demonstrates bright citrus characteristics on the nose, while offering deliciously vibrant apple fruit flavours and a zesty twang courtesy of the Sauvignon Blanc on the palate. A long clean finish with hints of grapefruit. Sensational drunk on its own or with salads and seafood.
Castillo Del Moro Tempranillo Rosado
Full of juicy wild strawberry, raspberry and cranberry fruit. The wine is crisp and well balanced with a long finish of strawberries and cream.
Akurra Chardonnay
Lovely, fresh and appley style of Aussie Chardonnay – no oak, but lovely texture and body.
Jammy Monkey Shiraz
The Shiraz for Jammy Monkey is harvested in the cool of night from ancient soils in Victoria. In the winery a gentle fermentation is followed by a short barrel ageing before bottling.
The wine is smooth with wonderful plum and mulberry character with trademark Shiraz hints of sweet spice. Enjoy with BBQ’d food or as an all round crowd pleaser.
Calusari Pinot Noir
Calusari grapes are grown in rolling, picturesque vineyards that almost look and feel like Tuscany. Englishman, Philip Cox and his Romanian wife Elvira, have put in a huge amount of work into transforming their land into a modern winemaking haven. The results are outstanding wines that can stand shoulder to shoulder with their peers from around the world.
This is a gorgeous Pinot Noir, almost syrupy in its concentration. Dark and rich, with layers of black cherry, raspberry and cinnamon.
Calusari Pinot Grigio
Lovely, opulent aromas of grapefruit and peach, with loads of fruit as well as abundant melon and apple character and citrusy acidity.
Wild and Wilder Tabula Rasa #V18 Red
Wild & Wilder were founded by Master of Wine duo Fergal Tynan and Giles Cooke, with Giles also being the winemaker. Both men have worked extensively around the world learning their craft including time in Europe, North and South America before settling in Southern Australia. The duo work with several growers across various regions to hand craft outstandingly good wines at their Adelade Hills winery that are seriously well made, bags of fun and extremely drinkable.
This is the rule-breaking Tabula Rasa #V18R. Each year, the slate is wiped clean with regards to what wine they will make (‘Tabula Rasa’ literally translates as ‘clean slate’) every vintage is original with no preconceptions – they allow the quality of the fruit to dictate the blend. Drawing on fruit from historic vineyards across South Australia, this delicious wine captures the very essence of one season in a playful format that just demands to be drunk.
Pair with artisan street foods; especially burgers, falafel, hot dogs and tacos.
Calusari Pinot Noir Rosé
A pale pink colour. Dry, fruity in the mouth with crisp acidity. Light bodied and with a caramel and slightly peppery finish.

Racy passion fruit, tangerine and gooseberry flavours are graceful and elegant, with a lovely, alive mouth feel and a medium body. A zingy acidity adds to the elegance, and the flavours echo on the finish.
Trulli Salice Salentino
The Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes are carefully selected from low-yielding vineyards in the Province of Brindisi, in southern Puglia.
This is a velvety soft red with hints of chocolate and vanilla. An extremely popular little wine.

The theme is Astrocats, an homage to Felicette the first cat in space! A pale salmon pink wine, refreshing and fruity, with delicate red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry.
Te Quiero Field Blend Red
Much of Spain’s vineyards are devoted to the commercial grape varieties that we all know and love such as Tempranillo and Syrah, but there are also small plots of older, native varieties such as Graciano, Monastrell, Tinto Velasco that farmers have preserved out of a sense of pride or interest in their history. Today we recognise more and more the value of this diversity and the wealth of flavours of some of these older varieties when they come together in a blend.
Rich, ripe, spiced and brambly fruit, pure and mouthfilling with round tannins, and a lively finish. The small amount of these grapes that remain means it is not possible to vinify them separately so the grapes tend to be harvested together as a Field Blend.
Pehhcora Pecorino
A refreshing, crisp white wine with sweet ripe fruit of peach and mango with warm spices and minerals. On the palate it has a rounded flavour, a creamy texture with peaches and an intense, clean finish. It is a great partner to grilled fish, fresh cheeses and white meats.
Lopez de Haro Crianza Half Bottle
The Lopez de Haro winery is situated in the historic town of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, surrounded to the north by the Sierra Cantabria and to the south by the Ebro river.
A blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano, this is a smooth and fruity Rioja in a half bottle – just a cheeky glass or two!
Trulli Negroamaro Salento IGT
The Negroamaro grapes are carefully selected from low-yielding vineyards in the Province of Taranto, in southern Puglia.
Aromas of plums, wild strawberries and black pepper. The palate is full-bodied, with hints of liquorice and nutmeg, well-balanced tannins and a long and persistent finish. Perfect with chicken dishes, grilled vegetables, lamb and soups with vegetables and meat.
Trulli Vermentino Salento IGP
Aromas of peach, lemon peel, mango and dry herbs. On the palate the saline minerality comes through and blends with a complex and pleasantly fresh acidity. Perfect as an aperitif on its own or excellent to accompany pasta dishes with shellfish or grilled white meats.
Te Quiero Field Blend White
A mix of small plots of a multitude of exotic old fashioned grapes resulting in a flavoursome, rich yet vibrant wine from the heart of Spain. Best with seafoods or salads.

Felicette Rouge Grenache
It is often said that there are more people who have travelled to space than there are Masters of Wine, and while that may be very true, there are many more MW’s than there are cosmic cats!
A bright red colour with purplish reflections. A powerful nose of violets and red fruits. Very tasty in the mouth with raspberry and plum aromas. Medium-bodied on the palate, soft and juicy.
White & Sea Colombard Sauvignon
70% Colombard, 30% Sauvignon from 40 year old vines. Packed with citrus and tropical fruits including green apple and passionfruit. Balanced by refreshing acidity and a lovely zesty finish.
Mont Rocher Carignan
100% Carignan. A juicy and fruity wine full of red berry fruit flavours. Very soft, very easy drinking, very good value.
The vineyards for Fidèle Soleilla are perched high in the dramatic hills and terraces above the Vallée d’Agly with a unique character of its own. The famed black schist is interspersed with pockets of limestone from the higher slopes, combining the richness and power that is typical of Maury with a fresher, more finely defined character. A very special site making very special wine.
Ciello Bianco Catarratto
Organic, natural Catarratto with racy acidity. Unfiltered so its slightly hazy. Apricots and almonds on the finish. Delicious with some whitebait or squid.
