Dandelion Vineyards, `Lionheart of the Barossa` Shiraz Half Bottle
Dandelion Vineyards works with old‑vine parcels across the Barossa, many planted in the early 20th century and still tended by the same families. The Lionheart fruit comes from some of the region’s oldest Shiraz vines, grown on deep sandy soils that give concentration without heaviness. The winemaking is hands‑off, letting the vineyard character show through slow fermentation and gentle ageing in older oak.
Lionheart of the Barossa Shiraz is full, dark, and aromatic, showing blackberry, plum, and a touch of warm spice. Cesar Florido Fino Sherry Half Bottle
Bodegas Cesar Florido are one of the oldest sherry producers in the region. They are based in the small coastal town of Chipiona, to the west of Sanlucar and only 50 metres from the Atlantic ocean, closer than any other Jerez bodega. The Palomino grapes for this fino come from their Miraflores vineyard. The wine is aged all year round under ‘flor’ a veil of yeast that gives a fresh, salty character, accentuated by the proximity to the sea.
An incredibly versatile wine, wonderful as an aperitif on it’s own or as a partner to anchovies, olives, almonds and cured meats. It will seamlessly match all manner of seafood, Asian and Mediterranean dishes.
Chateau Saransot-Dupre Half Bottle
A half bottle of Bordeaux from one of Listracs most prominent estates with 17 hectares of vines. Due to Listrac’s cooler temperatures, Yves Raymond looks to Merlot and Cabernet Franc, rather than Cabernet Sauvignon as the essence of his wines in order to help them achieve optimum ripeness. This is a rich and slightly spicy Bordeaux with concentrated tannins. Very good indeed, drink now or keep for 10-15 years
Soalheiro Alvarino Classic Vinho Verde, Half Bottle
Soalheiro is one of the defining names of northern Portugal’s Monção‑e‑Melgaço sub‑region, the cradle of Alvarinho. Founded in 1982 by João António Cerdeira, the estate was the first in Melgaço to plant a dedicated, continuous parcel of Alvarinho—an innovation that helped shift the region from mixed‑crop farming to focused, quality‑driven viticulture. Today the third generation continues that spirit, farming south‑facing slopes protected by surrounding mountains, which create the warm days and cool nights essential for expressive, ageworthy Alvarinho. Soalheiro is now recognised as a benchmark producer, combining deep regional roots with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.
The estate’s flagship wine—nicknamed Clássico because it was the first Soalheiro ever bottled in 1982—captures the pure, archetypal character of Alvarinho from Monção‑e‑Melgaço. It’s fermented in stainless steel and matured briefly on fine lees to preserve clarity and freshness. Lifted aromas show the grape’s natural complexity, and a palate balancing tropical and mineral notes and clean, well‑integrated acidity. It’s designed to be both immediately enjoyable and capable of developing further in bottle.
NiePOoRTland Ruby Dum Half Bottle
Niepoort have been making wines and ports in the Duoro Valley since 1842, the business being passed through five generations. The Ruby half of the Niepoort ‘twins’ is a classic rich Ruby, with assertive bright primary fruit.
Ruby Dum retains its youthful, strong character, dominated by red cherries and plums with great freshness from ageing in large wooden vats in the cool cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia. Pairing well with dark chocolate desserts, cheddar, gouda and brie cheeses. A smaller bottle that’s perfect for just a little tipple!

Cesar Florido Moscatel Dorado Sherry Half Bottle
Bodegas Cesar Florido are one of the oldest sherry producers in the region. They are based in the small coastal town of Chipiona, to the west of Sanlucar and only a stones throw from the Atlantic ocean. Chipiona is best known for the production of Moscatel Dorado, they harvest late and the wine is aged in traditional chestnut barrels. Sweet and honeyed with lots of grapey fruit, certainly not cloying. Absolutely delicious with a touch of oak and caramel, perfect for cheeses or desserts.
Domaine Alexandre Chablis, Half Bottle
This is a family business handed down from three generations. Today, Guy and Olivier run the estate which is set over 13 hectares of vineyards in the hear of Chablis. These vineyards are worked with great care and yields are kept low to produce expressive wines with concentrated fruit.
Firmin Dezat Pouilly-Fume, Half Bottle
Winegrowers since 1550, the domaine has passed from father to son ever since. They only use natural products and have been farming organically since 2022. This Pouilly Fume comes from a 8 hectare estate in the Loire Valley.
Passionfruit, peach and citrus on the nose, perfect with seafood, goats cheese or white meats.
Chateau du Cedre Cahors Malbec Half Bottle
An organic winery in southwest France, the vineyards lie equidistant between the Atlantic Ocean, The Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea, with the vines grown on half a million year old alluvial deposits. They gave up using pesticides and herbicides in 1992 and became certified organic in 2012, they grow grass cover between the vines and work sustainably.
This is 90% Malbec from 30 year old vines, with a little merlot and tannat added. Only indigenous yeasts, oak aged and with the tiniest addition of sulphites possible. It is juicy and rich, balanced by spice and black fruits.
Domaine des Bernardins, Muscat de Beaumes de Venise Half Bottle
At Domaine Bernardins, the vineyards and terroir are the essence of their wines, you can’t make great wine without great grapes.
The viticulture is essentially done by hand. Three people work by hand in the vineyards; pruning, de-budding, trellising, leaf removal and picking are thus carried out with the utmost care. The soil is prepared by using good old-fashioned ploughing. Organic compost is made from grape marc (the discarded stalks and skins).
After many years in sustainable agriculture, the estate is now producing fully certified organic grapes. They preserve and maintain biodiversity around the vineyard, with edge planting of Olive, almond, pomegranate and cypress trees, wild rosemary and capers, with nesting boxes for birds and bat houses.

Champagne Lété-Vautrain Brut 204 Half Bottle
One of our absolute favourite Grower Champagnes is the Lete-Vautrain Cote 204 Brut non-vintage. This delicious Champagne was founded by husband and wife team Robert L’Ete and Lilliane Vautrain from all their own fruit grown on their 8 hectare estate.
Since 2011 the estate has been owned and run by the Baron Fuente family, they produce a very modest 70,000 bottles per year. This fantastic wine is a traditional blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay & 25% Pinot Noir. Three years aged, with a fresh and elegant citrus bouquet and a succulent peach and apricot character. Intense notes of red apple and peach and dried fruits on the finish.
Diatomists Pedro Ximenez Sherry Half Bottle
The nose is packed with figs, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and cigar box aromas. On the palate it is very smooth and balanced without being cloyingly sweet. This elegant PX is aged for 5 years in bota and made from 100% Pedro Ximénex. Extremely concentrated and with invigorating acidity. To be served slightly chilled with pudding or to pass around the table after a meal.
Diatomists Oloroso Sherry Half Bottle
Brilliant mahogany lights up the glass and prepares you for an alluring toasted hazelnut aroma. Made from 100% Palomino aged for 12 years in bota, this is a very silky and fine Oloroso with a luscious feel in the mouth. Orange peel gives a pronounced freshness to complement a backbone of brooding, nutty flavours. On the end the solera comes to the fore leaving a vanilla and cigar box finish which is persistent and long. The perfect accompaniment with game or after a meal with or without cheese.
