Te Quiero Field Blend White
A mix of small plots of a multitude of exotic old fashioned grapes resulting in a flavoursome, rich yet vibrant wine from the heart of Spain. Best with seafoods or salads.
The small amount of these grapes that remain means it is not possible to vinify them separately so the grapes tend to be harvested together as a Field Blend.
Signor Vino Vermentino
Mino & Co’s Signor Vino range showcases premium quality Italian grape wines from Australia. Planting in New South Wales, a region more well known for heavier red wines such as Durif, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, The Winery are planting Italian varietals to show off their Italian heritage.
The Vermentino is clean & light with a great citrus and apple nose. The palate ranges from mandarin, peach and pear through to crisp grapefruit acifity on the finish.
A great early evening ‘date’ or pair with seafood and light pasta dishes.
Caldora Ortonese
Born from the co-op, Cantina Sociale di Ortona, Caldora is based in the province of Chieti in Italy’s Abruzzo region. This is a historic cooperative with over 1500 hectares of cultivated land and around 700 farmers. Striving to reduce their yield per hectare, Caldora was created as the cooperative’s ‘Progetto Qualità’ (Quality Project).
This is a fruity red with cherries, prunes and vanilla on the nose. Medium-bodied, very well balanced and soft, ready to drink.

A frizzante sparkling which shows the freshness of Glera grapes and the hints of red fruit coming from the Raboso grapes. Lively and juicy, with hints of gooseberry and redcurrant.
Vinos Inacayal La Cueva Pais Carignan
The ‘La Patagua’ project at Vinos Inacayal sets out to create excellent value wines, as naturally as possible, that faithfully reflect the place they come from. The local variety Pais has quite a story, being the first grape exported from Spain to Mexico in the 16th Century.
Blended with Carignan that produces spicy dark fruit flavours, the Pais adds colour and lavender & rose florals. A delicious wine full of black and red berries, a hint of pepper and a floral note on the finish. Drink with Mediterranean dishes, tapas or vegetarian dishes.

Metic Merlot
Great, Natural red from Chile. Blueberry, fresh cherries and blackcurrant with smoke on the nose. A soft, rounded palate with red and black fruit flavours, cinammon spice and a dash of pepper.
Gaia de Chateau Puybarbe
Château Puybarbe is situated at the highest elevation of the Côtes de Bourg appellation, looking over the Gironde estuary on the right bank of Bordeaux. The 36-hectare vineyard comprises predominantly Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and is cultivated according to sustainable philosophies. Château Puybarbe uses no herbicides or chemical fertilizers.
This wine is a delight with various including rich salads, various vegetarian meals as well as moderate red-meat dishes. Roasted chicken, fried veal escalope & duck confit.
Cantine Povero Moscato d’Asti
A delicious and spritzy, low alcohol white from Cantine Povero. Slightly sweet and fruity with flavours of orange, apricot and honey.
All the wines here are made in a sustainable fashion, with no chemical fertilisers or herbicides used, electricity for the winery is produced using solar energy and water is drawn from the wineries own ancient well.
El Otro Blanco
A 50 / 50 blend of Chardonnay, for supple texture and subtle tropical fruits on the nose; and Macabeo, for zingy acidity and citrus characteristics, this is a lively, refreshing dry white that celebrates simplicity and good, honest winemaking without the hindrance of cheap oak. Give it a go it’s delicious, and fantastic value.
Bodegas Esteban Martin is a family-owned business founded in 2003 by Miguel Antonio Esteban and Asunción Martin. From the very start, the winery has always believed in caring for the environment and has pioneered the use of different sustainable practices for growing grapes. The winery is located at the foot of the Sierra de Algairén mountains – part of the Iberian System Mountain range – in the province of Zaragoza and owns some 400 hectares of vineyards. In 1985, Miguel Antonio Esteban decided to purchase 150 hectares of vineyards on the best land in the Cariñena PDO region. He acquired new plots of land year after year, before deciding to build his own winery in 2003.
Mezzogiorno Nero d’Avola
A tasty little red. Slightly spicy with notes of blackberries, blueberries and mulberries. The finish is rounded and fruity with well integrated tannins.
Mezzogiorno Fiano
Aromatic and floral Fiano from Puglia. Peach, lychee, and a fromage frais like characteristic. Crisp, fresh, and mineral, with stone fruit following through on the palate.
Ideally served at 12-14 ° C, works well with salads, grilled white fish or on its own as an apperitif. Also delicious with spaghetti or some roast chicken.
Cantine Paolini Nerello Mescalese
A medium- bodied wine from the sun soaked isle of Sicily. Soft raspberry and juicy cherry, with a touch of earthy minerality and wild herbs. Great with tomato based dishes or lightly chilled as an aperitif.
Bergerie La Bastide Terre du Sud
A juicy red from a cooperative near Beziers, just down the coast from Montpellier. This has been a favourite for a long time and is fantastic value for money. Dark cherries, plum and vanilla flavours, just so easy to drink!
El Otro Tinto
A great value red, this excellent all-rounder is essentially an old-vine Garnacha with a generous splodge of Syrah in the blend, about 15%. It’s remarkably bold in weight and structure given the humble price tag, and absolutely oozes clean, fresh, dark berry fruits from nose to finish.
Caldora Ortonese Bianco
A 70/30 blend, with notes of ripe peach, juicy pear, hints of mango and even fig are all present here, they are matched by a round body and great balance, overall an easy drinking and good value dry white.
Trulli Salice Salentino
The Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes are carefully selected from low-yielding vineyards in the Province of Brindisi, in southern Puglia.
This is a velvety soft red with hints of chocolate and vanilla. An extremely popular little wine.
Ciello Bianco Catarratto
Organic, natural Catarratto with racy acidity. Unfiltered so its slightly hazy. Apricots and almonds on the finish. Delicious with some whitebait or squid.
Ciello Rosso
Organic and natural Nero d’Avola from Sicily. Lots of juicy plum and herb flavours, really bright and fresh.
Felicette Grenache Blanc
In homage to Felicette, the first cat to travel to space in 1963. An intense but fresh bouquet combining mint, pear, dry apricot and white flowers. A wonderfully fresh palate of mango and a hint of spice leading into a cripsy lime zest finish.
Tikves Smederevka
A pale lemon wine delivering tropical and stone fruit aromas underpinned by a streak of zesty citrus. Beautifully balanced on the palate with crisp and refreshing fruit flavours through to a clean, vibrant finish.
Trulli Negroamaro Salento IGT
The Negroamaro grapes are carefully selected from low-yielding vineyards in the Province of Taranto, in southern Puglia.
Aromas of plums, wild strawberries and black pepper. The palate is full-bodied, with hints of liquorice and nutmeg, well-balanced tannins and a long and persistent finish. Perfect with chicken dishes, grilled vegetables, lamb and soups with vegetables and meat.
Trulli Vermentino Salento IGP
Aromas of peach, lemon peel, mango and dry herbs. On the palate the saline minerality comes through and blends with a complex and pleasantly fresh acidity. Perfect as an aperitif on its own or excellent to accompany pasta dishes with shellfish or grilled white meats.
Felicette Rouge Grenache
It is often said that there are more people who have travelled to space than there are Masters of Wine, and while that may be very true, there are many more MW’s than there are cosmic cats!
A bright red colour with purplish reflections. A powerful nose of violets and red fruits. Very tasty in the mouth with raspberry and plum aromas. Medium-bodied on the palate, soft and juicy.

Adaras, located in the Terra Alta, Catalonia, is somewhere that’s breaking away from the traditional vineyards to produce modern, pure wines. One to watch! The Aldea Tinto shows a purity of fruit and is a summertime wine that is designed to be enjoyed.

This Chardonnay is pale lemon in colour; fresh fruits on the nose with hints of nectarine, peach and orange blossom with rich vanilla oak and a touch of spice. The palate is generous, expressing flavours of stone fruit and a citrus nuance, balanced acidity and subtle oak.
Great with white meats or buttery pastry dishes.
Estandon Le Rollier Rose
A beautiful pale rose made on the Mediterannean coast, which is also famous for the beautiful Rollier bird. Aromas of white peach, citrus and a hint of red summer fruits. Light, fresh and easy drinking.
Mezzogiorno Primitivo
Grapes are sourced from the Salento region. This is a dark, ruby-red wine with notes of baked blackcurrants, fig and raisin. Intense and fragrant on the nose, with a rich oak creaminess and delightfully integrated vanilla on the finish. Pleasant, velvety, and fantastic value for the Puglian flagship varietel.
Cantine Paolini Grillo BIO
Founded in 1964 by Gaspare Baiata and several likeminded, forward-looking growers. Thanks to their maritime climate and the winds sweeping off the sea through their vines, they have been able to maintain an environmentally friendly approach, and now produce organically certified Grillo and Nero d’Avola. The soil is fertilised with infusions of organically produced herbs and legumes. No sulphur is used or added at any stage in the making of these two wines.
Cantine Paolini Nero d’Avola BIO
A native of Sicily, this Nero d’Avola is rounded and with a subtle richness, with notes of plum, black cherry and a delicate soft spice on the tail. It offers punchiness and power, but is very fresh and easy on the palate, try pairing with grilled peppers, cold cuts and salty cheeses.
Tikves Kratosija
A medium bodied and approachable wine, aromas of recurrants, cherries and red berries abound. A perfect wine for a barbecue or a platter of salty cheeses.
Chatelain Desjacques Sauvignon Blanc VDF
Highly aromatic wine with fresh zesty citrus and gooseberry flavours and mouth-watering acidity. Nice mineral finish.
Pair with delicate fish, roast chicken, salads, shellfish, soft cheeses.

Full-bodied with lovely velvety tannins and a long finish. Really approachable with plum and cherry fruit on the palate. Well worth a try.
Ciconia Tinto
This is a wine we’ve been selling from the day we opened and its still just as good. Such a great value red from the Alentejo region. Really smooth, really fruity, and perfect with lamb.
Casas Relvas is a family run winery in the Alentejo region of Portugal. The families passion for the region has extended to the rebuilding of the cork oak forests. This is such a consistently good wine and one of our favourites.
Calappiano Chianti
With a fascinating history, dating back to Medici Florence in the 1500’s, the Fattoria di Calappiano as we know it today is made up of 200 hectares of vines, planted alongside the olive groves and woodlands of this natural heritage site.
We are huge fans of this wine, it is velvety smooth, yet light with some smoky earth aromas and plenty of black fruits on the palate. Perfect on its own or can stand up to spicy Italian stews and fantastic value for money!
Walt Riesling
Walter S. Siegel established himself as a vineyard owner in 1897. It wasn’t until 1937 that the Siegel wines were known in the UK, when his son Hans formed an unusual alliance with English cricketer Ian Peebles. Hans honoured his father by naming this wine after him. And, so, the Walt Riesling was born.
With roots as a wine made by the nuns of the area, this medium-bodied Riesling now has lovely flavours of peach and stone, with a hint of apricot. Perfect with spicy, Thai dishes.
Calappiano Sangiovese Toscana
The farmhouse of Calappiano is located in the wine producing area of Montalbano. Here, the Sensi family cultivate grapes according to the principle of organic and sustainable farming. Their 200 acre farm is a natural habitat for local wildlife, and their wines are infinitely drinkable too!
