Johanneshof Reinisch Pinot Noir
The grapes for this Pinot Noir come from the vineyards surrounding Tattendorf where limestone soil is prevalant and therefore the ideal location for this grape. A small portion also comes from the young vines from Anninger mountain in Gumpoldskirchen. A charming fragrance and intensity, with aromas and flavours of raspberries and blackberries. Very elegant, with soft, round tannins and a lovey lingering finish.

Having travelled extensively throughout Europe, and then worked as wine maker for Lammershoek, he now makes makes a huge variety of different wines under his own Testalonga label.
Art Terra Organic Tinto
Art.Terra is a project from family run winery, Casas Relvas in Alentejo. The wine is aged in large clay amphoras or Talhas, as they are known locally. Translating as Earth Art, this range of wines are an expression of the terroir using the oldest winemaking methods.
Unoaked Syrah and Touriga Nacional produced from organically farmed grapes. There is no barrel ageing leaves the wine as a true expression of its roots, an old vineyard in the Ossa hills. Some great forest fruits and orange peel from the Touriga Nacional with a balancing freshness from the Syrah. Pair with rich game dishes, red meats and hearty stews.
Daniel Ramos KaPi Amphorae

Pheasants Tears Saperavi
Founded in 2007, Pheasant’s Tears produces artisanal natural wines with ancient Georgian techniques, growing rare endemic grape varieties and harvesting with organic processes. Their name comes from a Georgian tale in which the hero claims that only a wine beyond measure could make a pheasant cry tears of joy, and with family winemakers that have been making wine for 8 generations as well as Georgia’s rich soil, Pheasant’s Tears strives to meet this standard.
Full of powerful, fresh red berried fruits with hints of green pepper and leafy tones. Juicy yet savoury with lovely soft oak influence and velvety tannins. A really outstanding rich red wine.

Domaine Fournier Longchamps Savennières La Croix Picot
A truly superb example of a Loire Valley Chenin Blanc. Philip Fournier and his son Julien continue a winemaking tradition that began in the region more than 800 years ago. Their organically farmed estate sits in an extraordinary location; straddling the Loire Valley across five distinct appellations.
The Savennières AOC is situated just south of Angers, the historical capital of Anjou. Its 370-planted acres stretch across southern-exposed slopes on the right bank of the Loire River. Savennières’ shallow soils are comprised of well-drained sandstone schist, volcanic rock (rhyolite) and aeolian sand, which allow for excellent drainage, slight cluster dehydration and resulting concentrated fruit flavours in the trademark Chenin Blanc.
Pair with white meats and Asian cuisine.

Deep flavours of cherries and blackberry with plenty of tannic structure that will allow this wine to mature fro several years. Drink now or keep for up to 5 years to gain more complex flavours and softness.
La Comarcal Carmen
A collaboration of two friends, Javi Revert and Victor Marqués, Carmen is 100% Bobal from a two hectare single vineyard. Crisp red fruits and Mediterranean herbs make this an elegant wine that goes perfectly with traditional Paella and grilled meat.
Tete de La Rouge K’ Sa Tete Pineau D’ Aunis
Wine maker Guillaume Reynouard has 18 hectares, including a parcel of Pineau d’Aunis, a grape that was forgotten and vilified in the Saumur region, but which is being appreciated more and more over the last couple of years. The distinguishing characteristic of pineau d’aunis is black pepper. This is accompanied by menthol notes of Sichuan pepper and discrete tannins. Drinks well with oily fish, chicken and Asian vegetable dishes.

Niepoort Bioma Tinto
Niepoort have been making wines and ports in the Duoro Valley since 1842, the business being passed through five generations. This is the organic red from the young vines at Quinta de Napoles, made with minimal intervention. Some ageing in an old Port wooden vat to show the purity of the fruit.
Typical Douro Valley aromas of forest fruits, rock rose and smoky hints. The wine is full bodied showing off the fruit with firm acidity to balance the palate. This can stand up to the most robust of dishes.

A purely natural wine, fermented by natural yeasts with no added sulphites. It is a light, refreshing with apple and elderflower aromas, and melon and cider-like flavours. A slightly cloudy sparkling wine and is absolutely the perfect summer drink.
Soalheiro Terramatter Vinho Verde
Another gem from the superb Soalheiro winery. Terramatter is a different kind of wine from their range, it is unfiltered and grown in a way that supports biodiversity.
A unique microclimate influences the growth of these Alvarinho grapes. The Melgaço region, at the northernmost point of Portugal, is protected by a range of mountains which create the perfect rainfall, temperature and sunshine conditions needed for the ideal ripening of the Alvarinho grapes. As it is an unfiltered wine, it is cloudy but can be cleared if decanted. The wine has a rustic and complex flavour while still being vibrant and fresh. The finish is slightly vegetal, yet silky and smooth. By gently stirring the bottle before serving, incorporating the fine lees, the wine can have even more volume in the mouth.
Domaine De La Renardiere Ploussard
Arbois-Pupillin is renowned for producing Jura’s top reds. This fruity, herbaceous red wine has been made with Ploussard grapes which are local to the Jura region of eastern France. A light, fresh wine full of floral notes, perfect for summer evenings.
Avignonesi Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano
Made with Sangioves estate grown grapes, this Avignonesi Nobile is a precise portrait of the variety growing in the Nobile di Montepulciano appellation. Well balanced with aromas of red plum, pomegranate and sweet spices.
Principe Corsini Chianti Classico Riserva Cortevecchia
The nose is complex with initial aromas of flowers, then fruit like plum, sour cherry, raspberry, and cherries preserved in alcohol that leave space in the end for spices and graphite. In the mouth, its broad structure is pleasantly fresh and delicious to drink. It has smooth, consistent, fine tannins and a long finish; an expression as much of the territory as it is of the Sangiovese grape.
Iona Solace Syrah
Winemaker and Iona founder, Andrew Gunn, has vineyards that are overlooking the Atlantic Ocean securing the coolest temperatures in the Cape. With an extremely long growing season Andrew creates wines with complex flavours and a fresh, elegant style. Red berry fruit, full of spice, white pepper and floral notes.
Kamara Shadow Play Xinomavro
Full-bodied, organic and naturally fermented red from near Thessaloniki in northern Greece. Unfiltered and with no added sulphites, there are complex aromas of dark berry compote, cherry, tobacco and black olive. Lots of earthiness and big tannins. Really clean and pure, we loved it.
Traditional grilled meat dishes would pair well with this wine.
Testalonga ‘El Bandito’ Skin Contact Chenin Blanc
Named after both an old Italian winemaker that made white wines like red wines and a Sicilian bandit named Testalonga.
With fresh apple as the predominant flavour that you want from a Chenin Blanc and a vivacity and texture that gives it excellent composure.
