Domaine Rene Cacheux Vosne-Romanée
Domaine René Cacheux is tiny – just 3.26 hectares – but they have some very fine vineyards in the heart of the village of Vosne-Romanée. Here, old vines are tended with the utmost care, producing some very pure expressions of this acclaimed terroir. Full bodied, structured and lightly spiced, this wne is elegant and fresh with a long finish.

This is a 14 hectare family estate in Le Mesnil sur Ogier dating back to the 1900s. A wide use of Oak for fermentation gives complexity and richness. Grand Cru, 100% chardonnay aged for 6-8 years. Creamy brioche flavours with a mineral finish.
Domaine de La Pousse d’Or Chambolle Musigny
The Pousse d’Or domaine at Volnay was established in 1954. Its vineyards are anything but ordinary, consisting as they do mainly of premier and grand crus in the villages of Morey-Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, Corton, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet and Santenay The domaine’s 18 hectares yield 90,000 bottles annually and are managed in a spirit of respect for terroir.

This is a blend of only two vintages from family vineyards in Bouzy. De Saint-Gall Orpale Blanc De Blancs Champagne
Grand Cru Champagne aged on its lees for 12 years. Absolutely stunning Blanc De Blanc that is very much drinkable now but will also keep until 2030. Delicate aromas of citrus, toasted brioche and a fresh and slightly minerally palate.
