Dandelion Vineyards works with old‑vine parcels across the Barossa, many planted in the early 20th century and still tended by the same families. The Lionheart fruit comes from some of the region’s oldest Shiraz vines, grown on deep sandy soils that give concentration without heaviness. The winemaking is hands‑off, letting the vineyard character show through slow fermentation and gentle ageing in older oak.
Lionheart of the Barossa Shiraz is full, dark, and aromatic, showing blackberry, plum, and a touch of warm spice. Babalu Rosso
Ripe, plummy fruit, hints of spice and liquorice, red and cherry fruits, this wine is deliciously juicy.
The Babalù vineyard sites are situated at an altitude of approximately 200-300m. The altitude helps ensure cooler nighttime temperatures which preserve crucial acidity in the grapes. The prevailing winds naturally limit the yield, and the wines tend to be harvested earlier than many of their neighbours and consequently are bright and fresh.
Lorca Lo% Ancellotta Malbec
Mauricio Lorca has built his reputation on precision and restraint—two qualities not always associated with Mendoza. He farms with care, keeps intervention low, and avoids the heavy oak and extraction that dominate much of the region’s output. His wines are deliberately transparent, letting altitude, fruit, and texture carry the message rather than winemaking tricks.
Lorca Lo Malbec follows that philosophy closely. It’s bright and pure, showing fresh blackberry, plum, and a touch of violet. Its lighter in style so you could enjoy this chilled.

This is a gorgeous Pinot Noir, almost syrupy in its concentration. Dark and rich, with layers of black cherry, raspberry and cinnamon.
Centelleo Tempranillo, Syrah
Spain’s most famous grape variety, Tempranillo, is full of juicy bramble and cherry fruits with a hint of spice on the nose while the palate displays soft rounded tannins. This red is supple and succulent with a juicy finish.

The Shiraz for Jammy Monkey is harvested in the cool of night from ancient soils in Victoria. In the winery a gentle fermentation is followed by a short barrel ageing before bottling.
The wine is smooth with wonderful plum and mulberry character with trademark Shiraz hints of sweet spice. Enjoy with BBQ’d food or as an all round crowd pleaser.
Cantine Paolini Nerello Mascalese
Founded in 1964 by Gaspare Baiata and several like minded, forward-looking growers. Thanks to their maritime climate and the winds sweeping off the sea through their vines, they have been able to maintain an environmentally friendly approach. The soil is fertilised with infusions of organically produced herbs and legumes. The average holding is 3 hectares, so – most unusually for a cooperative winery – everything is picked by hand.
A medium- bodied wine from the sun soaked isle of Sicily. Soft raspberry and juicy cherry, with a touch of earthy minerality and wild herbs. Great with tomato based dishes or lightly chilled as an aperitif.
La Ruine Pinot Noir
A soft and elegant wine, with notes of raspberry and redcurrant, followed by a subtle note of black pepper. Its name comes from the ruined Cathar castles found throughout the region, this is a great value Pinot Noir.
Le Lesc Rouge
A fruity, easy drinking red from Southwest France. Cherry-skin crunch and some white pepper. Great with a plate of pimientos de padrones.
Sibiliana Sensale Bio Nero d’Avola
Sibiliana Vini is one of Sicily’s most significant cooperatives and the leading producer of Grillo. Established in 1962, it now counts on over 2,000 members across the provinces of Trapani, Agrigento, and Palermo. The brand’s name pays homage to the Sibiliana Tower, an iconic landmark in Petrosino and a guiding light along the coast between Marsala and Mazara del Vallo. Historically, the lantern within the Sibiliana Tower served as a beacon for fishing boats, guiding them safely to shore. Today, the lantern symbolises the cooperative’s commitment to preserving the social and economic values of the region while upholding the rich traditions of Sicilian viticulture.
This Nero d’Avola is packed full of ripe red fruits and juicy acidity. Black cherry, black pepper, rosemary and thyme.
Cape Wild Shiraz
Inviting aromas of summer pudding, ripe black cherry, vanilla and even a touch of Framboise. On the palate, more rich black fruits, smoky notes and a suggestion of dark chocolate and star anise. Youthful acidity and ripe balanced tannins give a fresh finish with depth and complexity.
Braai (South African BBQ) is the most obvious choice of food match but this is a really versatile wine that works well with most meats, mushrooms dishes or just on its own.
Cape Wild Pinotage
Ripe dark fruits, rich yet very easy going and approachable. Plums and cherries and a touch of toasty oak. Pair with seared tuna, roasted vegetables or venison.
Chateau Saransot-Dupre Half Bottle
A half bottle of Bordeaux from one of Listracs most prominent estates with 17 hectares of vines. Due to Listrac’s cooler temperatures, Yves Raymond looks to Merlot and Cabernet Franc, rather than Cabernet Sauvignon as the essence of his wines in order to help them achieve optimum ripeness. This is a rich and slightly spicy Bordeaux with concentrated tannins. Very good indeed, drink now or keep for 10-15 years
Cinco Fincas, Malbec
A very quaffable, easy drinking example of this Argentinean favourite. With copious amounts of blackberry, plum and cherry, this is super juicy, bright and fresh. Rounded tannins make this soft on the palate with a fresh finish that makes you reach for another glass.
Mont Rocher Carignan
Old‑vine Carignan from low‑yielding hillside parcels in the Languedoc, picked early enough to keep freshness. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve bright fruit and the grape’s natural lift. Juicy black cherry and plum, a touch of spice, and soft, rounded tannins. An easy, expressive take on Mediterranean Carignan with plenty of fruit and a clean, modern finish

Natural Nero d’Avola from Sicily. Lots of juicy plum and herb flavours, really bright and fresh.
Caldora Ortonese Sangiovese, Merlot
Plump and juicy with attractive dark berry characteristics and a refreshing finish, this is a delicious, medium-bodied red, at a brilliant price point. The nose gives hints of blackberry and dark plums which continue onto the palate where they are joined by a smooth, round body and a slightly spicy undertone. Lifting the finish is a brightness that balances the fruit and body and makes this a great drop to drink with food. A great everyday drinker, the perfect pairing for this wine would be grilled red meat or a slow-cooked tomato sauce.
Les Vignes d’oc Merlot
Absolute cracking value this; it’s plush, juicy and smooth. Made by Claude Serra, a professor at Montpellier University of Oenology, this wine offers soft plummy fruit with a touch of earthy spice.

Kanakaris Notos Merlot, Mavroudi
Enticing aromas of red cherry, raspberry and plum. The two varieties complement one another, with Mavroudi bringing additional structure and depth. On the palate, velvety tannins and vibrant red fruit lead to a juicy and fresh finish.
Château du Cedre Camille Malbec
This approachable, soft Malbec is about pure fruit with no oak ageing. Medium bodied, jammy and spicy.
Chateau La Claymore Half Bottle

Moulin de Gassac Classic Rouge comes from the Guibert family, pioneers of the Languedoc’s modern revival. When they founded Mas de Daumas Gassac in the 1970s, they set out to prove that the wild, limestone‑rich hills around Aniane could produce wines of real character. The “Moulin” range was created later as a way to work with long‑standing grower partners across the Hérault, applying the same hands‑on approach to vineyard selection and gentle winemaking. The fruit is sourced from cooler, well‑exposed parcels that retain freshness, and the blend typically brings together Carignan, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre in a style that reflects the region’s Mediterranean roots without heaviness.
The wine is bright and supple, with red and black berry fruit, a touch of garrigue herb, and a faint savoury edge from the Carignan. The palate is medium‑bodied and smooth, with enough structure to keep it lively and a clean, lightly spiced finish. It’s an easy wine to pour by the glass, but it still carries the Guibert family’s hallmark of balance and authenticity.

Trulli Salice Salentino
The Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes are carefully selected from low-yielding vineyards in the Province of Brindisi, in southern Puglia.
This is a velvety soft red with hints of chocolate and vanilla. An extremely popular little wine.

This is really very good indeed, an instant hit! Incredibly well balanced. Full bodied but so, so easy to drink. All the wines from Cantine Povero are made in a sustainable fashion, with no chemical fertilisers or herbicides used, electricity for the winery is produced using solar energy and water is drawn from the wineries own ancient well.
Trulli Negroamaro Salento IGT
The Negroamaro grapes are carefully selected from low-yielding vineyards in the Province of Taranto, in southern Puglia.
Aromas of plums, wild strawberries and black pepper. The palate is full-bodied, with a slightly savoury finish that shows the grape’s classic southern Italian depth.
Palacio del Camino Real Rioja Crianza
A classic Rioja crianza, smooth, rounded and very easy to drink! Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano all beautifully blended into ripe, dark fruit with a touch of vanilla and spice.
The Opportunist Shiraz
Produced from fruit grown on properties owned by Langhorne Creek stalwarts, Brett Cleggett and George Borrett. Vines are 25 years old, they pick on the way up to ripeness rather than on the way down. This way they achieve freshness and energy but not at the expense of flavour. They retain as many whole berries as possible to increase vibrancy and succulence. Winemaking is simple and is followed by 8 months on oak to increase texture and varietal expression.

When everyone else sees doom and gloom, The Opportunist sees blue skies and sunshine. Love him or hate him, The Opportunist always comes out on top. An aromatic bouquet of ripe fruits, cherries and blackcurrants, with notes of freshly ground coffee, dark chocolate, peppermint, liquorice and subtle pepper. Thick and smooth with good balanced fruit weight.
Montsable Pinot Noir
Harvested from the cooler vineyards of the Haute Vallée de l’Aude, this Pinot Noir is shaped by a unique combination of altitude, limestone-rich soils and a temperate climate. The long, slow ripening season allows the grapes to develop remarkable aromatic complexity while retaining freshness and balance. The result is an elegant and refined wine, expressing vibrant fruit, subtle finesse and a true sense of place.
Intense dark cherry and blackberry fruit on the nose, a rich round palate with notes of red summer fruits such as raspberry as well as darker berried fruit. Nicely integrated oak adds to the structure, and lends a spiciness to the long finish
Lo & Behold, Shiraz-Mourvèdre-Carignan
Sourced from vineyards in the mountainous region of Piekenierskloof, above the Citrusdal Valley, Western Cape. Vines up to 25 years old sit atop sandstone soils at an altitude of 650-700m and take in the Mediterranean style climate with its dry hot summer days, cool nights and mild, wet winters. Lo & behold, the perfect conditions for grapes to ripen slowly and develop complex and vibrant flavours.
Fresh, ripe fruit and white pepper on the nose. Mourvèdre brings a dark, rich fruit core to the classic Shiraz characteristics, with fragrance from the Carignan and the red fruit vibrancy of the Cinsault.
