We are delighted to introduce the rule-breaking Tabula Rasa #V18R. Each year, the slate is wiped clean and, with no preconceptions, every vintage is original. This wine has real character – all the juicy elements of Tempranillo. Cherry-red, purplish, brilliant colour with primary notes of fresh fruit, strawberries, raspberries, cherries and violets with clean mineral tones from the granite, this little natural wine is phenomenal value.
Incredibly easy to drink! Strawberries and cherries on the nose, with liquorice spice. You could serve this slightly chilled to accentuate these wonderful flavours. A lively organic blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese from the heart of the Piceno hills, in the Marche region.
Baglio Gibellina is situated in picturesque Sicily where its vineyards are surrounded by the hills of Salemi and Santa Ninfa. Old vineyards located between 300-600m above sea level are grown on a mixture of clay and volcanic soils with limited yields allowing for the production of outstanding wines with incredible food matching potential.
A ruby red Montepulciano d’Abruzzo with reflections of garnet. On the nose and palate this wine is intense, peristent and fruity. The fruits range from hints of red fruit to dark, with marasca cherry and prunes leading the way, while a delightful complexity is brought to the drinker through hints of spice and vanilla. It is full-bodied, round and soft but with a balancing freshness and bright tannins.
