One Chain The Googly Chardonnay
One Chain Vineyards work with growers all around South East Australia to source fruit from some of the most established regions. The wines are inspired by and take their name from the country’s favourite sport, one chain is the imperial measurment for the length of a cricket pitch.
Cool climate Chardonnay, tangy, crisp and full of tropical fruit flavours. A really good expression of this variety, you’ll be bowled over!
Pehhcora Pecorino
A refreshing, crisp white wine with sweet ripe fruit of peach and mango with warm spices and minerals. On the palate it has a rounded flavour, a creamy texture with peaches and an intense, clean finish. It is a great partner to grilled fish, fresh cheeses and white meats.
Trulli Vermentino Salento IGP
Aromas of peach, lemon peel, mango and dry herbs. On the palate the saline minerality comes through and blends with a complex and pleasantly fresh acidity. Perfect as an aperitif on its own or excellent to accompany pasta dishes with shellfish or grilled white meats.
Gran Cerdo Blanco
Blend of Viura and half a dozen other grapes from an experimental vineyard in Rioja. Clean lemony flavours with a hint of butter. Tells a great story on the label too!
Le Balbuzard Sauvignon Blanc
Le Balbuzard is made by the superb Sancerre producer, Emile Balland. Fresh, tropical fruit with the classic Loire Valley minerality. Named after a fish-eating bird found along the Loire, this is quite probably the best sauvignon you can buy for the price.
Villa Wolf Dry Riesling
The Villa Wolf Estate has been making wine since the 1800’s with Ernst Loosen from the Dr Loosen winery in Mosel taking over in 1996. The winery is currently in the process of getting organic certification, 2022 will be the first certified vintage.
One of the most popular grape varieties in Germany, this riesling has fine fruit flavours of peach, apricot and other stone fruits with typical aromatics of the variety. Great to drink by itself or try with some hearty traditional meals from the Pfalz area such as Sauerkraut and German sausage dishes.
Calmel & Joseph Villa Blanche Chardonnay

Apricot and peach freshness on the nose, exotic aromas of vanilla and coconut that bring added complexity. Loads of expressive fruit on the palate with toasted notes of grilled almonds too.
Dr. Loosen Estate Riesling QBA
Dr Loosen is a family owned winery with over 200 years of history. Under the leadership of Ernst Loosen, the wines have become the international poster child for German Riesling. The estate combine historical Grand Cru sites with the heritage of thier ancestors to produce complex wines of world class that express the great qualities from the soil, climate and the grape varieties grown in the region.
Quite fragrant aromas with a hint of honey and then refreshing on the palate with juicy pears, apricots and limes. Balanced by wonderful acidity and intense minerality, this is a classic, slightly off dry Riesling from the Mosel region.
We love to pair this with seafood Thai dishes that have a little spice, like a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Quinta do Ermizio Chin Chin Vinho Verde
A blend of Trajadura, Arinto & Loureiro, this Portuguese Vinho Verde is a collaboration between winery Quinta Do Ermizio and top London restaurant and magazine, Noble Rot. Local artist Jose Mendez provided the eye catching label. Gaining a bit of a cult following, this wine is a limited production that is dry, fruity, zesty and refreshing and really really easy drinking.
Pair with grilled or baked fish, salads and sunshine. Chin Chin!
Sula Chenin Blanc
Situated in Nashik, India’s largest grape-growing region, Sula Vineyards was set up in 1997. As an eco-friendly company, a significant amount of resources is committed to sustainable winemaking practices and ensuring fair livelihoods for Sula’s community of farmers. A large number of Sula’s workers come from disadvantaged communities and have seen a significant change in their standard of living through their employment with the company; this has been nothing short of a revolution in the surrounding villages.
This is a really well-balanced wine, with aromas of green apple and pear, tropical fruit flavours and mineral undertones. A notable acidity and hint of white pepper give this wine refreshing character.

Well balanced aromas of tropical fruit including mango and pineapple, some time on the lees adds body to citrus notes with some salinity on the finish. Great to drink while young as an aperitf but will gain complexity as it ages for a lovely table wine.
Ecker Roter Veltliner Wagram
This wine is made from an ancient variety of Wagram. Its very lovely indeed, kind of red apple fruit flavours with the perfect balance of fruit and acidity. Spices on the nose, very juicy and complex.
Cantine Povero Roero Arneis
Arneis, whose origin is lost in the mists of time, is cultivated since ancient times in the hilly and sandy soils of Roero. Here the Tenuta Fratelli Povero owns the organic vineyards, from which Roero Arneis is made. Arneis ranks now among the greatest white wines of Italy. The floral and fruity aromas are intense and fresh. Medium-bodied, the palate is dry and delicate, with a persistent finish with an almond hint.
Marco Abella Olbieta Blanc
OLBIETA reflects the characteristics and essence of Mediterranean wines. Vines are situated at high elevation and not far from the Mediterranean coast. The influence of the vineyard soil (slate) and the Mediterranean climate create a true expression of terroir combined with white fruits and flowers. Aromas of pear, lychee, fennel and citrus fruits. Complex, fresh and mineral with great length on the palate.
Echeverria No Es Pituko Viognier
Echeverria is a winery in Chile’s oldest wine regions, Curicó Valley. With a view for sustainability, the vines are even irrigated by the melting snow off the Andes Mountains. Winemaker Roberto Echeverría Jr is inspired by his French heritage and so focuses on producing wines from French varietals in his own style of blending New World innovation with Old World elegance. The 80 year old cellar also houses a museum which holds many relics of winemaking including a French grape press from the 1930’s.
‘No es Pituko’ is Chilean slang for ‘it ain’t fancy’ reflecting the fact that this wine was vinified naturally, without any additions at any stage. Vibrant aromas of peach and tropical fruits are layered with buttery notes and balanced by a refreshing natural acidity.
Bodegas Gratias Tardana
Sustainable agriculture from old vineyards with a high chalk content. The Tardana fruit comes from un-irrigated bush vines at 400 m altitude. This native grape variety its so adapted to the terroir that it ripens very late, in October, after the reds. Scrummy white fruits, flowers, ripe pears. Creamy and well balanced acidity.
Vaira Vincenzo Bianco
Fattoria di Vaira is one of the largest biodynamic farms in Italy. Here they cultivate vegetables, grains and cereals, and produce fresh cheeses, olive oil and honey. After several years of applying biodynamic practices, their soil has been restored, reaching a degree of purity similar to wild soil.
Vins el Cep, Blanc de Terrer
This pioneering Penedès farm was formed by four historic wine growing families in 1980 to make wines from vineyards they’ve been farming since 1448. Organic since 2001 and farming biodynamically since 2003, they remain one of the region’s most progressive producers. Vines are mostly grown on the slopes of Anoia as well as spread over the municipalities of Santi Sadurní d’Anoia, Gelida and Sant Lorenç d’Hortons.
This white has a delicate nose with notes of sweet white fruits and a touch of citrus that suggests plenty of freshness. Very well integrated with the fruit, balanced and complex. Very clean with a long finish.
Clos Ricarde Cabeca Jurancon Sec
Organic and biodynamically grown in Jurancon. Made from the local varieties of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng, this range of wines are all very food friendly.
Mas Blanch I Jove, Costers del Segré Troballa Garnatxa Blanca
Mas Blanch i Jové is a small winery with 17 hectares of land producing harmonious wines, packed with fruit, character and soul. The vineyards are situated in the mountains, 700m above sea level which gives a freshness to the wines which perfectly balances the fruit. They don’t use pesticides or herbicides and have been certified Organic since 2015. In addition the winery is fully powered by solar energy. and all wines are vegan friendly and low sulphur.

Dr Loosen Bernkasteler Lay Ries Kabinett
The Bernkasteler Lay vineyard is situated around the estate house and directly along the Mosel just outside the village of Bernkastel, the Lay vineyard has somewhat gentler slopes and richer slate soil than the estate’s other vineyards to produce a dense, creamy-textured Kabinett with a typical racey Riesling acidity.
Blank Bottle Moment Of Silence
Clothes maketh not the man; judge the wines on what’s in the bottle, not by means of preconceived ideas. Aromas of candied lemon, cooked apple and mango with a core of minerality. Soft and voluptuous, it has a lovely ripeness and a fleshy, creamy mouthfeel, which leads to a perfect tangy freshness giving some zip to its otherwise mellow feel.

Soalheiro Granit Alvarinho
The Soalheiro Granit is all about minerality. It offers less fruit and more acidity, revealing an unusual style of Alvarinho from the mountains. Its elegance and crisp texture make this a great foodie wine.
Made from Alvarinho grapes from a specific selection of small vineyards planted in granitic soil. These vineyards lie at around 400 meters in altitude in the sub-region of Monção and Melgaço. As the vineyard placement increases in altitude, the fruity characteristics of Alvarinho give way to more acidity and mineral notes.
Monte de Peceguina White
This is a white blend from the younger vines around the ‘Monte da Peceguina’. Fresh aromas of orchard and tropical fruits. Good texture, balanced acidity with a fruity but dry finish. Superb when accompanied by fish dishes.

Ktima Gerovassilou Viognier

Chateau Lapuyade Jurançon Sec Cuvée Dentelle
The Cuvée Dentelle is 100% Petit Manseng. The grapes are picked very ripe, end of October / start of November, as if picking for a sweet wine. This gives the wine huge concentration along with low yields. The wines are vinified entirely in 1-2 year old barrels sourced from some of the best Châteaux in Bordeaux. Jean-Joseph uses natural yeasts which can be challenging to vinify given the level of ripeness of the grapes. Throughout the process SO2 levels are kept at a minimum in line with biodynamic regulations.
Casal Figueira Antonio
Grapes from all the best vines, the truly ancient ones, form this cuvée. The wine is fermented naturally and aged in seasoned, large barrels, before being bottled unfiltered. This is an immensely stylish (but not stylised) coiled spring, it’s terrific with simple seafood, from Sea Bass to Mussels.
Domaine Moingeon Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Sur Gamay
Passed on from generation to generation, Domaine Moingeon André et Fils is a family domaine that continues to endeavour to improve the quality of its wines. Tropical and citrussy on the palate with some integrated oak leaving a wonderfully round palate and long elegant finish. Fabulous wine from an excellent maker – pair with white meat dishes!
Testalonga ‘El Bandito’ Lords Of Dogtown Chenin Blanc
Craig Hawkins is a young winemaker based in the Swartland, South Africa, where he rents about 11ha of vineyard, farmed organically and biodynamically. Having travelled extensively throughout Europe, and then worked as wine maker for Lammershoek, he now makes makes a huge variety of different wines under his own Testalonga label.
A medium bodied wine with unique aromas and texture. Honey and bread aromas from fermentation in an old oak foudre with complex dried citrus and ginger on the palate. Its dry and racy texture will pair well with spiced butternut squash or roasted pork dishes with a abit of herby spice seasonings.

Holden Manz Semillon Reserve
A 20-year-old patch of Franschhoek grown grapes within sight of Holden Manz produced a yield of around 7 tonnes per hectare. Grapes were manually harvested early in the morning, refrigerated to 5C before undergoing whole bunch press.
Stoney minerality, mango and a whiff of coriander seed are present in a complex aroma. Palate: Full bodied, dense with tropical fruit mid-palate. Cleansing acidity, long finish with a touch of oak at the edge.
Limited production of 2,858 bottles produced.
