The small amount of these grapes that remain means it is not possible to vinify them separately so the grapes tend to be harvested together as a Field Blend.
Cantine Paolini Grillo BIO
Founded in 1964 by Gaspare Baiata and several likeminded, forward-looking growers. Thanks to their maritime climate and the winds sweeping off the sea through their vines, they have been able to maintain an environmentally friendly approach, and now produce organically certified Grillo and Nero d’Avola. The soil is fertilised with infusions of organically produced herbs and legumes. No sulphur is used or added at any stage in the making of these two wines.
Aguazul Verdejo
A beautifully balanced and easy drinking Verdejo, with ripe lemon and delicate tropical fruit on both the nose and the palate. Harmonious, refreshing with a herbal twist of fennel on the finish. Verdejo’s vibrant, refreshing style makes it a great aperitif, but also perfect with fish tacos.
Gatito Loco Rioja Blanco
A bright fruit-bursting wine that emphasises vineyard over bodega, which discards the hackneyed image of Rioja, everything about this wine is intentionally provocative to challenge your view on what Rioja is. Clean and crisp, intense yet fresh, the stone fruit, peachy notes are supported by tropical passion fruit and mango with citrus undertones. A long complex finish.
Quinta Das Maias Branco
In the foothills of the Serra de Estrela (Star Mountain), Quinta das Maias was first established in 1893. It is now a registered organic estate, capturing the freshness and focus that this vineyard offers. The name of the estate derives from the Portuguese word for the month of May, which is when the Weaver’s Broom (known as Giesta, but here as Maias) flowers here.
Malvasia dominated dry white from this registered organic, high altitude estate. Citric, clear and brilliant, with floral notes of lime and lemon. On the palate it is fresh, elegant and structured, in the classic line of the Dão white wines.
Bodegas Gratias Tardana
Sustainable agriculture from old vineyards with a high chalk content. The Tardana fruit comes from un-irrigated bush vines at 400 m altitude. This native grape variety its so adapted to the terroir that it ripens very late, in October, after the reds. Scrummy white fruits, flowers, ripe pears. Creamy and well balanced acidity.
Altolandon Enblanco Orange Wine
A very pale orange pink colour, the nose is elegant with sweet aromas of stone fruits, mineral and anise, supported by apricot, mirabelle plum and citrus notes. Full and well rounded on the palate, with plenty of weight, yet still elegant, lively and light in body. Easy to drink.
Vaira Vincenzo Bianco
Fattoria di Vaira is one of the largest biodynamic farms in Italy. Here they cultivate vegetables, grains and cereals, and produce fresh cheeses, olive oil and honey. After several years of applying biodynamic practices, their soil has been restored, reaching a degree of purity similar to wild soil.
Besas Gruner Veltliner
Along the banks of the Danube River, Austria, lies the region of Niederösterreich, an area perfectly suited to producing Grüner Veltliner wines of the highest quality. Besas is a new project, formed in 2022, committed to producing wines of typicity, by way of precise and quality-focused winemaking, from sustainably farmed vineyards.
Organic Certified, Besas Grüner Veltliner is bright and fresh, this dry white has crisp notes of citrus fruits, ripe peach, and pear alongside aromatic herbs and a hint of white pepper. These follow through onto the palate and are joined by a mineral backbone and a persistent, zesty finish. The beautiful labels were designed in homage to the late great Austrian artist, Herbert Bayer, whilst encapsulating the essence of the layered aromatics and flavour compositions present in this wine.
This is a perfect wine for accompanying fish; trout and salmon are especially good pairings. it also lends itself to a little spice in food, finding a good partner in asian cuisine.

Enisio Tocco has always had a passion for wine and his Abruzzo homeland coursing through his veins, and he has passed that on to his sons, Lorenzo and Danilo, who now look after the family’s organic vineyards and olive groves in the Pescara hills.
Notes of fresh and exotic fruit. With a full-bodied, fresh taste, and a balanced and intense richness.
The farm was born in 1981, in the area between Alanno, Cugnoli and Pietranico, in the province of Pescara. This hilly landscape is almost totally devoted to vineyards and the local grapes, such as Montepulciano, Passerina and the once-endangered but now thriving Pecorino.
Tragolargo Blanco

Weingut Corvers-Kauter Riesling Auslese
The Corvers and Kauter families between them have five hundred years of winegrowing history in the Rheingau, one of the world’s most iconic wine regions. Now led by Dr Matthias and Brigitte Corvers, whose family comes from Rudesheim, their 12 hectares of gravity-defying organic vineyards are planted around the villages of Oestrich and Winkel in the traditional manner on the steep banks of the Rhine.
An incredible, rich, complex Riesling with a fascinating fullness of aromas. Fruit acid and minerality combine to create a fireworks display for the palate.
