Mád Wine KFT is intent on putting Dry Furmint on the world map and in its collective glass. This is something a bit different that falls somewhere between Loire Chenin and Chablis in style. This refreshing white wine expresses both the varietal character of the Furmint variety and the typical minerality of the vineyards of Mád village. An elegant blend of apricot and peaches with a hint of warm ginger spice.
Inspired by the styles of Chablis where Chardonnay is allowed to express its inherent character. A totally unique unoaked offering that is defined partly by extended lees contact that develops mouthfeel and nuance in the wine. Aromas of freshly grated lemon zest and citrus orchard that finishes with flavours of apricot puree and lime sorbet.
Made by brothers Sebastien and Fabrice Montesquiou at their family run estate in Jurancon, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees mountains. The estate has been handed down from father to son since the 18th century, with the brothers taking a minimalist approach to their winemaking and following biodynamic principles. Made from local grape varieties Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng, this wine has a fruity nose with a gorgeous sweet mango flavour.
Sustainable agriculture from old vineyards with a high chalk content. The Tardana fruit comes from un-irrigated bush vines at 400 m altitude. This native grape variety its so adapted to the terroir that it ripens very late, in October, after the reds. Scrummy white fruits, flowers, ripe pears. Creamy and well balanced acidity.
Fattoria di Vaira is one of the largest biodynamic farms in Italy. Here they cultivate vegetables, grains and cereals, and produce fresh cheeses, olive oil and honey. After several years of applying biodynamic practices, their soil has been restored, reaching a degree of purity similar to wild soil.

100% organic Bical grapes from sandy soils are process and pressed quickly, and fermented in stainless steel with temperature control. The wine has been made with minimal additions and no fining or filtration. It is a pure expression of the grape variety from this terroir, so heavily influenced by the atlantic climate.

The beautiful estate of Mora & Memo sits high in the hills in the south east of Sardinia just a few kilometres from the sea. Scents of rosemary, thyme and sage. Really well balanced, perfect with seafood and delicate meat served with light sauces, soups or pasta.
Ktima Gerovassiliou is the brainchild of Evangelos Gerovassiliou. He initiated the revival of the family vineyard by planting the nearly extinct Malagousia in 1981. This wine shows expressive aromas of exotic fruits combined with hints of pepper, orange, jasmine, herbs and a touch of lemon. Beautifully refined on the palate which is characterised by richness, harmony and a bright lemony finish.
The Orpheus is a wine of great finesse, a limited range only made in selected years. A combination of whole bunch and de-stemmed fruit was pressed in an inert environment preserving the aroma and flavour pre cursors to create a concentrated well balanced expression of the Bacchus variety. This wine displays complex and well integrated flavours of elderflower and lychee with defined minerality and excellent persistent length and mouth watering finish.
The Bundschuh’ is a 500-year-old symbol of the rural peasants’ uprising to claim their independence from the feudal system. This is a youthful and down-to-earth Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of gooseberry, raspberry, and lime. Crisp and fruit-forward with a gentle glace of sweetness – just the way we like it. Equally suited to creamy pasta dishes or simple fish or scallop dishes, not forgetting Sauvignon Blanc’s soulmate; goat’s cheese!
A pretty nose with notes of flowers, herbs and ginger before lemon and orange aromas develop. The palate is packed full of fruit, citrus and minerals to go with bright acidity. Light and energetic, with some complexity and roundness from the oak treatment.
A pure style of Chenin Blanc from nearly 50 year old vines that produce small clusters full of concentration and a high natural acidity. Lemon aromas and flavours with some peach, floral and flint notes. A very interesting wine for both lovers of natural wine and those new to the style.
About as good as this variety can ever be, citrus, tropical and mineral notes. The grapes come from selected small vineyards around the Melgaço region in the most northerly point of Portugal. The brand name – Soalheiro – arises from the excellent sun exposure of the vineyards bearing the same name – a sunny place.
The elegant Cortese grapes are grown on the vineyards of San Martino farmhouse in the community of Gavi, and only the highest quality are selected to produce this stunning wine. A fine bouquet of good intensity and persistence with floral notes, Olim Bauda’s Gavi di Gavi is fresh, soft, harmonious and has a delightful finish.

The Bernkasteler Lay vineyard is situated around the estate house and directly along the Mosel just outside the village of Bernkastel, the Lay vineyard has somewhat gentler slopes and richer slate soil than the estate’s other vineyards to produce a dense, creamy-textured Kabinett with a typical racey Riesling acidity.
