Adega Belem Lili Cellar Dog Selection
£25.00
This brilliant wine named after the winemakers excitable Labrador Lili, is treated simply, with fermentatio and ageing taking place in stainless steel to preserve the flavours of the grapes, which are sourced from vineyards near Alenquer, just north of the city of Lisbon.
This is their everyday wine for having with a meal, and as such is fairly easy going. Offering plenty of ripe, berry fruit character, a bit of chocolatey richness, good tannic structure, and fresh acidity. A perfect wine to have when your not quite sure what your’e going to have for dinner, or indeed when youa are. We love it!

Description
Adega Belém is an urban winery, working out of an old auto repair shop, they are located in the Belém District of Lisbon, so make sure to visit them if you’re visiting the city as they are lovely people.
Their winemaking uses indiginous varieties and a minimalist approach in the winery, their philosophy could perhaps be described as making interesting, high-quality wines in a fun and experimental way. But this is not to say that their wines aren’t serious, they’re seriously good!
