Alfredo works exclusively in the villages of Navarredondilla and San Juan de Molinillo, in the province of Avila. They are all old vineyards at an altitude of over 1,000 meters above sea level, his wines are made with minimal intervention using native yeasts.  Unoaked with plum, cherry, berry fruits and deliciously drinkable. A completely natural red which benefits from decanting.
