We are delighted to have these eau de vie on our shelves, they are simply outstanding, each one crafted to capture the purest expression of the fruit.  Locally grown to us, these show the passion and meticulous attention to detail of their creator, Barney Wilczak.  From humble beginnings in a tiny distillery at the bottom of his garden, they are now very highly regarded and sought after by the best bars and restaurants around the world.

An extraordinary orchard; 1,000 varieties grown as 1,000 trees. Just eleven miles from the distillery, It is hard to state the rarity and importance of such a resource.  A very floral nose, freshly crushed apple, exquisitely ripe, sweetness, hints of peel, spice, nectarine and with great elegance. Textured palate with rich wood spice, beautiful perfume, juice filled apples, expressive of skin, flesh and core.
