Cochon Volant Rouge is produced by Château de Caraguilhes, an organically farmed estate in the Corbières area of the Languedoc.

The nose shows raspberry, blackcurrant, and cherry. On the palate you have flavours of crushed raspberry and cherry, the style is fruit‑led, and shaped by the warm Languedoc climate and the estate’s organic farming.
