The award winning 2017 vintage has flavours of melon, peach and mandarin from the Ortega grapes while Bacchus adds delicate grassy aromas and Chardonnay lends weight add texture. Delicious served chilled with salad, fish or chicken.

Produced by the Royal Agricultural University Farms, grown on a sunny south-facing slope of the Cotswold Hills near Cirencester. The vineyard was planted in 2010 with Ortega, Bacchus, Chardonnay and Seyval grape varieties and is leased from Farmcare Trading Ltd. 2017 was an excellent growing season producing a small quantity of ripe grapes.
Students are actively involved in the running of the Cotswold Hills project, helping them to develop employability skills and enhance their CV. In addition, a £1 from every bottle of Cotswold Hills sold goes into the RAU Enterprise Programme to help support RAU students wanting to start their own businesses.
