Founded in 2007, the winery is located in the village of Kato Assites, south of Heraklion.  It is a 50/50 blend of Assyrtiko and Vidiano. 

Full of flavours of pineapple, apricots, vanilla.  Full bodied with a crisp acidity and a long finish.  Pair with calamari of course!  This is a truly outstanding wine, recently awarded 95 points from Decanter magazine.
