A lovely refreshing zero alcohol fizz from the Loire Valley. Lightly sparkling with apple notes and a little sweetness.
Raymond Morin uses the same Chenin grapes as in his Crémant de Loire but after harvest less of the sugar is converted into alcohol through fermentation.
