Henry & Harriet Churchill farm 5 hectares of vines, high in the Black Mountains near Félines-Minervoi in Languedoc.  They work organically and focus on growing the very best grapes, with minimal intervention in the winery, allowing the fruit to shine through.

This is a full-bodied red blend of Carignan and Syrah, at 13.5% abv. Supple tannins and fruit forward with a wonderful freshness from the long ripening at altitude.
