Hawksdrift is a family‑run estate in the Dillons Point sub‑region of Marlborough, an area known for deep alluvial soils and strong maritime influence. The vineyard sits close to the eastern coast of the South Island, where long sunshine hours and cool nights help build concentration and retain acidity.
