A delightful ancestral method pink fizz from Fronton near Toulouse. A lovely light sparkle and delicate mousse, a slight touch of sweetness balanced by the lightly tart flavours of cherry and raspberry. At 10.5% this is the perfect any time of day wine, but definitely works well sat in the sun!
