Massaya Rose
£23.00
Massaya is a family-owned producer with a distillery and wineries in the Beqaa Valley and on Mount Lebanon. Established in 1996 by brothers Sami and Ramzi Ghosn, Massaya developed an early connection with Dominique Hebrard of Château Cheval Blanc and the Brunier family of Le Vieux Télégraphe, who were fascinated by the ancient terroir of Lebanon and remain active partners today. Massaya has since become widely regarded as a leading producer in the region, with the Ghosn brothers embodying the very essence of modern-day Lebanon.
Hand-picked grapes, grown at up to 1200 metres in the Bekaa Valley, this is a stunning, beautifully fresh Cinsault with subtle red berry fruit and gentle spice.
