A blend of 5 barrels from 4 brews. (Sept 2019, April 2020, Dec 2020)
The contrasting brews used a variety of grains and a mixture of aged and fresh European hops. Fermentation took place in fresh cider barrels from Olivers, as well as Ross-on-Wye Cider.
The finished blend was dry-hopped with 2021 season Celeia, before conditioning in bottle.
