The Koomooloo vineyard sits on the slopes of Mount Canobolas, and that elevation shapes the wine’s balance, keeping richness in check and emphasising spice and structure.

Expect aromas of blackberry, plum and cracked pepper with a touch of dried herbs. The palate is medium‑bodied, lively, and savoury, carrying fine tannins and a clean line of acidity that keeps everything focused through to a spicy, gently earthy finish.
