Is there a better match than Italian wine and Italian food? For this evenings tasting we will be focussing specifically on the region of Piedmont. Some of the countries most famous wines are produced here, bordered by the Alps on three sides it is the mountains that influence the cuisine here. Prepare yourself for a feast of the finest wines and foods all paired to enjoy with a tutored tasting from Mark Perna. There isn’t much Mark doesn’t know about Italian wine and we are thrilled to have him back to host this evening.
Studio Pastry will be back for this regular monthly tasting to prepare a two course dinner of regional specialities. We will be showing some seriously good wines tonight.
