Description
Pormenor works with high‑altitude vineyards in the Cima Corgo and Douro Superior, favouring older vines, minimal intervention and gentle extraction to show the region’s fresher side. Ginga is their lighter red, built from field‑blend parcels on schist slopes, fermented with a light touch to make a delicious Nat-Cool red.
