Mas de Daumas Gassac are the masters of the Languedoc, creating what people refer to as the Grand Cru wines of the region. They have a perfect combination of microclimate and soils that can create amazing wines. They use organic practices in the farm and only use natural yeasts, producing some extraordinarily long lived wines.
