Roger Sabon is a long‑established Rhône producer based in Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape, working across family‑owned parcels on both banks of the river. Their Lirac vineyards lie on the right bank opposite Châteauneuf, with similar galet‑strewn soils and a warm, dry climate that favours Grenache‑led blends. The estate’s approach is straightforward: careful farming, selective harvesting and restrained cellar work to emphasise clarity and regional character.
