Romate Solera Brandy is a classic Jerez style matured in American oak seasoned with Oloroso and PX. The solera system gives it that layered, steady house profile: warm, mellow and gently enriched by the sherry‑soaked casks.

Flavours of soft caramel, dried fruit and a touch of nutty sweetness from the seasoned wood. The palate is smooth and rounded, carrying those caramel and raisin notes through to a lightly spiced finish.
