Sibiliana is a contemporary Sicilian project rooted in the long experience of Cantine Europa, drawing on vineyards that stretch across the sun‑drenched western coast.

Their Nerello Mascalese Rosato shows the grapes copper‑tinged colour and its naturally lifted, red‑berry profile. It’s bright and dry, with notes of pomegranate, wild strawberry and a faint herbal edge that hints at the Mediterranean scrub. The palate is crisp, finishing with a subtle saline twist that reflects its coastal origins. It’s a quietly characterful rosato: refreshing, understated, and very easy to enjoy in the sun.
