Terre dei Buth is a family‑run organic estate based in the Veneto, working primarily with Glera and Pinot Grigio across vineyards situated between Treviso and the Piave River. The family has farmed here for generations, gradually shifting from mixed agriculture to a focused, low‑intervention approach to sparkling wine. Their move to full organic certification was driven by the region’s long tradition of small‑scale farming and by a desire to preserve the biodiversity of the river plains.  The Frizzante Special Cuvée reflects that ethos: hand‑tended fruit, gentle pressing, cool fermentation.

Aromas of pear, white peach, and fresh citrus peel, with a subtle floral lift. The palate is crisp and clean, carrying orchard‑fruit flavours with a touch of almond and a lightly savoury edge.
