Trappistes Rochefort 6

Brewed by the monks of Abbaye Notre‑Dame de Saint‑Remy, Rochefort 6 is the lightest of the three Rochefort Trappist ales, though still firmly in the classic Belgian tradition. It shows warm malt, gentle spice, and red‑fruit notes, with a smooth, rounded palate and a clean, lightly bitter finish. A balanced, approachable Trappist ale from one of Belgium’s most respected monastic breweries.
