Verus (Latin for “true”) is an exciting new winery founded in 2007 and owned by three friends who now produce some of the most exciting white wines coming out of Slovenia.  Intense lime zest and peach varietal bouquet with hints of basil perfume which follows through to the palate showing length and elegance with a lively crisp style and beautiful balance. This wine needs really fresh, delicate flavours to match with it, a simple chicken salad or prawns for example.
