This wine takes its name from the stone walls built, without cement, to support the terraced vineyards on the  hillside. The nose is crunchy with juicy, tangy red fruits and pepper notes characteristic of Syrah. The palate is seductive and balanced, with flavours of blueberry, violet and pepper. This Saint-Joseph is a pleasure to drink in its youth or leave to evolve over the next 5 years.
