Little Pomona Hard Rain Cider 4.5%
Made from the second pressing of apples with the addition of water, this is our modern interpretation of an old historic drink, ciderkin. We also like to think of it as upcycling pomace.
This version of Hot Pink brings together one of our favourite apples, Kingston Black, with Chinook hops grown by the award-winning Brook House Hops in the field right next door to our cidery. We then condition with local, organic blackcurrant cordial.
Simply put, it’s a super refreshing, naturally sparkling juice bomb that marries the grapefruit of the hops with the intensity of blackcurrant and the crunchy bite of the apples in a truly astonishing and delicious way. Summer picnics and barbecues just got a whole lot better!
Serve very well chilled. Gently rouse sediment before pouring.

Little Pomona ‘On The Beech’
Made from the White Beech apple, a rare apple that was once prized by cidermakers and aged in various barrels – a mixture of ex cognac, white burgundy and chianti. This has a sweet and perfumed nose of peach, honey and lemon blossom whilst the palate is full of fruit and sweetness, though it is a dry cider, the fruit and barrel have created an illusion of fruit sweetness!
Little Pomona Wading In, Ancestral Method Cider 8.3%
Wading In evokes that glorious, refreshing, enlivening moment of launching yourself into cool water on a hot day.
This gently pétillant cider is a 100% expression of the wonderful Egremont Russet, wild fermented in tank before bottling with a little cryo-extracted juice to bring about a small, second fermentation in the bottle.
It’s as pure an expression of the variety as we’ve ever made. Everything that makes it great is on display. Pretty florality, succulent yellow and green fruits, aniseed, nut skin and juicy acid in a beautiful, glacially fresh and textured cider.

Little Pomona Bright Lights Sparkling Cider 7.3%
Bright Lights is a new cider, released from the 2021 harvest, emerging from the dark winter like a big burst of light and warmth – it’ll definitely make you smile!
Fermented wild, the transformation from sweet juice into a spine-tingling mouthful of juicy, bright citrus, perfumed flowers and blossom honey was something quite mesmerising. In order to slightly tone down the “cattle prod” acid that Bramley apples like to give, we blended in a small component of 2020 Dabinett and Michelin from barrel for harmony and then bottle conditioned it for a little natural sparkle.

Little Pomona Brut Cremant NV Sparking Cider
The Brut Cremant NV is a complex blend of ciders from different vintages, all fermented wild, some in barrel, some in tank, before being brought together for a seconf fermentation in this bottle. Left for two years, it was then riddled by hand and disgorged à la volée.
Little Pomona Brut Zero NV Cider 8.1%
Created over a period of six years, this brings together ciders from three different vintages, 2016, 2017 and 2019, and three different apples, Foxwhelp, Ellis Bitter and Ashton Bitter, all of which had been fermented – and in some cases – partly matured, in barrel.
After blending these together, the cider was sent to bottle with the addition of sugar and yeast to referment, exactly the same technique used by champagne and sparkling wine makers over the centuries.
After 22 months resting on its lees, it was disgorged by hand and we left the cider in its most natural state, declining to add a sweetening dosage, hence its name, Brut Zero.
Burnt gold in colour, the tarte tatin aromatics lead us to something that is rich and complex in the mouth. Creamy and softly textured, yet bright and racy in its acid. The fruit is a mix of baked spiced apples, citrus and red berries with some soft lingering tannins appearing at the finish.
It’s a cider for celebrations, special moments and grand meals.
