The luxurious amber colour of the Vermouth Classico Tradizionale is reminiscent of Marsala and the aromas on the nose fluctuate between hints of the liquorice and bitterness in absinthe, dried straw, mahogany and tea infusions. The medicinal quality in the flavour of the alcohol and its continual underlying bitterness manages to keep in balance with the refreshing flavours of herbs and spices, and is complemented by sweeter notes of ginger and citrus peel, making the Vermouth both slightly bitter and slightly sweet.
The time in oak barrels gives the vermouth an enveloping warmth and softness to the deliciously complex aromas of balsamic and mint reminiscent of old medicinal remedies of the past. There are further intriguing notes of refreshing absinthe, orange peel and vanilla. The palate is full and soft with initial balsamic and mint flavours. These flow into a pleasantly bitter aftertaste balanced by sweeter rhubarb and gentian notes with muscovado sugar, and a light tannic structure from the refinement in oak.

On the palate it is soft and perfectly balanced, round and warm; notes of roasted coffee and liquorice stick, embellished with refined balsamic echoes.
Dark mahogany in colour, the Coffee brandy combines the chocolatey aromas and flavours of the unusual mix of coffee and those of the wine distillate. The aromas and flavours are a delicious marriage of sweetness and bitterness with a mixtures of toffee, warm spices, roasted coffee and coconut milk.
The cherry brandy boasts a bright ruby red colour with lively copper shades. With aromas of ripe, warm red fruits, vanilla and spice, it is full and enveloping on the nose. On the palate the cherry flavours are beautifully intense and the sweet spices are complemented by a slight citrus freshness and an underlying hint to tobacco and caramel.
