Briottet’s Raspberry liqueur is made by macerating raspberries.
The raspberries are soaked in a water-alcohol solution for a minimum period of two months. This enables all the finesse of the small berries to be extracted.
White sugar is then added to the infusion obtained and this elegant Raspberry liqueur is the result.
You can drink it neat on the rocks or with a dry or sparkling white wine.
Plum liqueur is made from slightly dried “d’Ente” plums and from perfectly-ripe Mirabelle prunes, which are macerated in a mixture of various eaux de vie and alcohols. Extra-fine white sugar is added and the Plum liqueur is just about ready to be drunk.
Best served neat on the rocks.
A traditional Italian amaretto made with crushed almonds. The name comes from a Venetian legend. Salizada refers to one of the first paved streets in Venice, where you can still find a red stone in the shape of a heart. When lovers touch it they will love each other for ever after.
Full of enticing aromas of orange peel, rhubarb, mint, gentian, aloe, cinchona bark, walnut, liquorice, dried prunes, roasted coffee beans and medicinal herbs.
On the palate it is soft and perfectly balanced, round and warm; notes of roasted coffee and liquorice stick, embellished with refined balsamic echoes.
Dark mahogany in colour, the Coffee brandy combines the chocolatey aromas and flavours of the unusual mix of coffee and those of the wine distillate. The aromas and flavours are a delicious marriage of sweetness and bitterness with a mixtures of toffee, warm spices, roasted coffee and coconut milk.
The cherry brandy boasts a bright ruby red colour with lively copper shades. With aromas of ripe, warm red fruits, vanilla and spice, it is full and enveloping on the nose. On the palate the cherry flavours are beautifully intense and the sweet spices are complemented by a slight citrus freshness and an underlying hint to tobacco and caramel.
