High West Bourbon
High West Bourbon comes out of Utah’s first legal distillery since the 19th century, set in the high desert around Park City. Dry mountain air, wide temperature swings, and slow, steady maturation at altitude all contribute to a clean, well‑defined style. High West has built its reputation on blending—selecting straight bourbons from different mash bills and ages, then marrying them with precision to create a balanced, approachable house profile.
