One Chain The Googly Chardonnay
One Chain Vineyards work with growers all around South East Australia to source fruit from some of the most established regions. The wines are inspired by and take their name from the country’s favourite sport, one chain is the imperial measurment for the length of a cricket pitch.
Cool climate Chardonnay, tangy, crisp and full of tropical fruit flavours. A really good expression of this variety, you’ll be bowled over!
Akurra Chardonnay
Lovely, fresh and appley style of Aussie Chardonnay – no oak, but lovely texture and body.
Jammy Monkey Shiraz
The Shiraz for Jammy Monkey is harvested in the cool of night from ancient soils in Victoria. In the winery a gentle fermentation is followed by a short barrel ageing before bottling.
The wine is smooth with wonderful plum and mulberry character with trademark Shiraz hints of sweet spice. Enjoy with BBQ’d food or as an all round crowd pleaser.
Wild and Wilder Tabula Rasa #V18 Red
Wild & Wilder were founded by Master of Wine duo Fergal Tynan and Giles Cooke, with Giles also being the winemaker. Both men have worked extensively around the world learning their craft including time in Europe, North and South America before settling in Southern Australia. The duo work with several growers across various regions to hand craft outstandingly good wines at their Adelade Hills winery that are seriously well made, bags of fun and extremely drinkable.
This is the rule-breaking Tabula Rasa #V18R. Each year, the slate is wiped clean with regards to what wine they will make (‘Tabula Rasa’ literally translates as ‘clean slate’) every vintage is original with no preconceptions – they allow the quality of the fruit to dictate the blend. Drawing on fruit from historic vineyards across South Australia, this delicious wine captures the very essence of one season in a playful format that just demands to be drunk.
Pair with artisan street foods; especially burgers, falafel, hot dogs and tacos.
Signor Vino Vermentino
Mino & Co’s Signor Vino range showcases premium quality Italian grape wines from Australia. Planting in New South Wales, a region more well known for heavier red wines such as Durif, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, The Winery are planting Italian varietals to show off their Italian heritage.
The Vermentino is clean & light with a great citrus and apple nose. The palate ranges from mandarin, peach and pear through to crisp grapefruit acifity on the finish.
A great early evening ‘date’ or pair with seafood and light pasta dishes.

A Growers Touch Chardonnay
Based in New South Wales, the Mino & Co. Winery has been operating since 1997 and source the best fruit from across the region to produce outstanding wine on a boutique scale.
This Chardonnay is pale lemon in colour; fresh fruits on the nose with hints of nectarine, peach and orange blossom with rich vanilla oak and a touch of spice. The palate is generous, expressing flavours of stone fruit and a citrus nuance, balanced acidity and subtle oak.
Great with white meats or buttery pastry dishes.
Samurai Shiraz Free Run Juice
Free Run Juice are a cooperative in Australia, falling under the umbrella of one of the biggest and most highly regarded family-owned winery in the Southern Hemisphere, Yalumba Wine Company. Sourcing fruit from regions known for their quality, the focus is on minimal intervention and organic farming methods.
The grapes for the Samurai Shiraz are picked earlier in the season to retain a freshness assisted by a lack oak. Full of red and black fruit, easy drinking, low sulphur wine that is screaming for PIZZAAAAAAAA!!

The duo work with several growers across various regions to hand craft outstandingly good wines at their Adelade Hills winery that are seriously well made, bags of fun and extremely drinkable.
An aromatic bouquet of ripe fruits, cherries and blackcurrants, with notes of freshly ground coffee, dark chocolate, peppermint, liquorice and subtle pepper. The wine has also been matured for 8 months in oak for added texture and complexity. Aussie winemaking at it’s big, bold best.
Pair with barbequed foods (obviously!) cured meats and cheeses or pan fried prawns in garlic butter and fresh chilli.
The Exhibitionist Merlot
The Exhibitionist is full of rich plum and damson fruit on the nose. Oak used is unobtrusive on the palate which is dominated by rich red berry flavours. The wine is elegant and silky with a long finish.
Karri Vineyard Semillon
Biodynamically farmed in Margaret River, Western Australia. Pure and crisp. Dried herbs on the nose, packed full of citrus, a hint of peach stone. Zingy and easy drinking.
Cloud Cuckoo Land Nero d’Avola, Montepulciano
An unusual blend of varieties but this wine has the characteristic energy you’d expect from Italian reds. Deliciously succulent with smoky, dark cherry fruit, subtle spice and a mouth-watering finish.

This wine has lashings of ripe pear, almond blossom and quince on the nose and palate. If you like a Viognier, give this a whirl!
We love this with creamy fish pie, or a chunky fish finger and tartare sauce sandwich.
Silent Noise Fiano
The ‘Silent Noise’ wines are part of the Kangarilla Road Vineyard and Winery portfolio, based in the heart of Mclaren Vale. A family owned business since 1997, owner and winemaker Kevin O’Brien favours a small batch, hands on approach to winemaking.
This 100% Fiano is a medium bodied white that is just bursting with tropical fruits (pineapple, guava, kiwi, passionfruit). If you’re a fan of Chenin Blanc or Viognier, give this a whirl.
Pairs really well with seafood paella and a dollop of sunshine. Lovely stuff.
Coola Hills Pinot Noir
A beatiful, fresh Pinot Noir from the volcanic soils of Mount Gambier in South Eastern Australia. Packed full of strawberry and cherry fruit. Wonderful with a barbecue!
Silent Noise Montepulciano

Montepulciano is a grape native to Italy, but here in Australia offers bags of character; medium bodied with lovely, velvety, perfumed dark berry flavours and subtle hints of coffee. Fantastic refined winemaking. If you like your characterful Italian reds, it’s well worth giving this a whirl.
We love to pair this with roasted stuffed peppers and pan fried fresh tuna steaks.
Stanton & Killeen Rutherglen Muscat
Blended from several vintages with ageing for two to four years, this dessert wine has floral notes of crushed rose petal, lavender and orange blossom, Turkish delight & raisins with a smooth, velvety palate.
Flametree Chardonnay
This wine is one of our best kept secrets. There’s some great French Burgundy out there, but you could just buy this instead. At under £18 this is the bargain of the century, but if you don’t know, you don’t know.
The Towner family established their family run vineyard and winery in 2007 in the heart of Margaret River; one of Australia’s premium winemaking regions. They quickly established a reputation for producing multi-award winning hand crafted Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon wines with unique flavour, structure and depth.
Citrus and floral notes with some grapefruit aromas, coupled with dried pear, stone fruit and subtle French oak on the palate. An outstanding wine.
Pair with oily fish, white meats, seared tuna steaks and pan fried tiger prawns. Unbelievable for the money.
Distant Noises Cabernet Sauvignon
The fruit for this wine is sourced from Yarra Valley, south eastern Australia. It features the classic hallmarks of Cabernet Sauvignon; blackberries, blackcurrant on the nose and palate with aromas of blackcurrant intermingling with wood notes and cedar on the nose. Supremely drinkable at a refreshingly restrained 13% alcohol. We are big fans of this wine, a superb example of finesse and quality over the usual syruppy fruit bombs New World wines often produce. If you are a fan of mid-range Bordeaux, this is well worth a whirl. Delicious!
Pair with cured meats, mezze or paprika based dishes.

Moorooduc Estate Pinot Gris
Established in 1982 by Richard and Jill McIntyre, Moorooduc Estate is a small, family run wine business that has developed an enviable reputation for complex and food friendly wines. Their wines are fermented using only wild yeasts (found on the skin of the grape and in the air) and minimal intervention to allow them to express the character of the individual vineyard sites.
This Pinot Gris from two Moorooduc vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula has subtle hints of citrus fruits, pineapple and baked pear on the nose and palate. The wild yeast fermentation of unsettled juice in (older) French oak barrels gives the wine a very long and satisfying finish. We absolutely love this.
Pair with any grilled or seared flaky fish dishes, risottos & creamy cheese based dishes.
Moorooduc Estate Chardonnay
Established in 1982 by Richard and Jill McIntyre, Moorooduc Estate is a small, family run wine business that has developed an enviable reputation for complex and food friendly wines. Their wines are fermented using only wild yeasts (found on the skin of the grape and in the air) and minimal intervention to allow them to express the character of the individual vineyard sites.
This is a serious but seriously fun Chardonnay; Elegant and powerful with lemon and citrus aromas with notes of spice and cedar before a subtle balance of white peach, nectarine and lemon on the palate with an utterly satifying touch of brioche popping up at the finish from delicate French oak ageing. Wowsers.
Pairs beautifully with white meats, delicately spiced Asian dishes and pan fried salmon.
Moorooduc Estate Pinot Noir
Established in 1982 by Richard and Jill McIntyre, Moorooduc Estate is a small, family run wine business that has developed an enviable reputation for complex and food friendly wines. Their wines are fermented using only wild yeasts (found on the skin of the grape and in the air) and minimal intervention to allow them to express the character of the individual vineyard sites. The Mornington Peninsula – south of Melbourne – is famed for the quality of their Pinot Noir and this wine is no exception.
Red and black cherry fruit on the nose and palate with a slight savoury undertone on the finish. Mouth watering acidity, firm tannins and a long lingering finish makes this an outstanding wine. We love it!
Pairs well with any game meats, porcini mushroom risotto & charcuterie.
Flametree SRS Cabernet Sauvignon
The Towner family established their family run vineyard and winery in 2007 in the heart of Margaret River; one of Australia’s premium winemaking regions. They quickly established a reputation for producing multi-award winning hand crafted Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon wines with unique flavour, structure and depth.
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon comes from vines from the coastal Wilyabrup region. The wine is medium to full bodied in structure with a powerful palate, great acidity and fine grained tannins. The nose and palate display blackberries and plum with dark bitter chocolate undertones. A well balanced wine with power, elegance and freshness. The wine was matured for 14 months French oak.
Pair with red meats, lasagne and hard cheeses.
