Continental Platter Semillon
Biodynamically farmed in Margaret River, Western Australia. Australian Muscadet! Or Picpoul, if you prefer to be on trend. Pure, crisp and raw. The nose suggests herbs – dried mint and oregano – and lemon/lime zest at the same time. Packed full of citrus, a hint of peach stone, and super crunchy. Have the platter with a platter – of seafood.
Stanton & Killeen Rutherglen Topaque

The Hedonist Sangiovese
The fruit for the Hedonist Sangiovese is sourced from the Willunga foothills of McLaren Vale. The idyllic St Vincent’s Gulf lies 5km to the West. The soil is rich loam over clay with patches of underlying limestone, giving the wine a rich and fullness of pallet.
