Kato Assites. The region has a long history in vine cultivation and the production of wines and spirits. Their Prinos Syrah has a fresh, aromatic nose, with a juicy, rich and velvety palate. Pairs really well with red meats and rich pasta dishes.
Agiorgitiko is a fragrant red wine grape native to Greece’s Peloponnese peninsula. This wine is produced from grapes of exceptional maturity that are cultivated in a low-yielding, non irrigated vineyard on the hills surrounding the Nemea wine region. A youthful style of wine with a refreshing, velvety texture and intense, persistent aromas of ripe red and black fruit, with soft tannins that underlie a well-structured palate.
Kydonitsa is Greek for quince and a rare, old variety which is one of the components of Malvasia wine. This wine is true to its name showing ripe quince and elegant aromas of tropical fruits. Ktima Gerovassiliou is the brainchild of Evangelos Gerovassiliou. He initiated the revival of the family vineyard by planting the nearly extinct Malagousia in 1981. This wine shows expressive aromas of exotic fruits combined with hints of pepper, orange, jasmine, herbs and a touch of lemon. Beautifully refined on the palate which is characterised by richness, harmony and a bright lemony finish.
Agiorgitiko is the red grape of Nemea, making silky smooth, fruit-packed reds with a velvety finish. This cuvée shows intense aromatic finesse evolving from ripe berries and gooseberry through to caramel and discreet oak nuances. Soft tannins underline a rich, well structured velvety body.

The indigenous grape Malagousia has been saved from extinction by wine producer Vangelis Gerovassilou to produce this opulent wine. Expressive aromas of white pear, peach and lemon zest combine with floral hints and develop into a spicy and fresh palate enveloped in a delicious flinty, mineral character.
