Quinta Dos Roques is a small family producer in the Dão Region, focused on working the family vineyards with traditional grape varieties. A medium bodied wine with unique aromas and texture. Honey and bread aromas from fermentation in an old oak foudre with complex dried citrus and ginger on the palate. Its dry and racy texture will pair well with spiced butternut squash or roasted pork dishes with a abit of herby spice seasonings.
