Slightly floral on the nose with a hint of minerality. Honeysuckle, peaches and herbs shine through from the Rousanne supported by lovely texture, depth and weight from the Grenache Blanc.
Les Chiens Catalan Rouge
A cracking red from the Roussillon, deep in southern France. A region much overlooked and brimming with promise and potential.
Slightly smoky on the nose, the grenache adds it’s trademark black berry flavours whilst the Carignan gives this vibrant colour, lovely tannins and fresh acidity. Cranberry, strawberry and raspberry are evident as well as subtle notes of floral notes such as rose petal and violets.
Mont Rocher Carignan
100% Carignan. A juicy and fruity wine full of red berry fruit flavours. Very soft, very easy drinking, very good value.

Mont Rocher Viognier
The vineyards for Fidèle Soleilla are perched high in the dramatic hills and terraces above the Vallée d’Agly with a unique character of its own. The famed black schist is interspersed with pockets of limestone from the higher slopes, combining the richness and power that is typical of Maury with a fresher, more finely defined character.
Honeysuckle and apricot aromas and a rich, almost unctuous palate that is somehow still dry, tangy and refreshing.
Mont Rocher Rosé
In the Roussillon, winery Terres Fideles makes small batch authentic ‘Wines of the wilds’. Using old vine Cinsault, Viogner, Carignan and Malbec to produce wines of remarkable stories with layers of history.
This is a dry pale pink rosé, similar in style to a provence rosé. Soft red berry fruits, strawberry and raspberry flavours are supported by deliciously fresh acidity.
Mont Rocher Malbec
Ripe plum, blackberries and cherries on the nose. This is rich and rounded wine with perfectly balanced tannins. The long finish is smooth and succulent. This wine cries out for barbecued meat or strong cheeses.

Felicette Rosé
The theme is Astrocats, an homage to Felicette the first cat in space! A pale salmon pink wine, refreshing and fruity, with delicate red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry.
Felicette Grenache Blanc
In homage to Felicette, the first cat to travel to space in 1963. An intense but fresh bouquet combining mint, pear, dry apricot and white flowers. A wonderfully fresh palate of mango and a hint of spice leading into a cripsy lime zest finish.
Felicette Rouge Grenache
It is often said that there are more people who have travelled to space than there are Masters of Wine, and while that may be very true, there are many more MW’s than there are cosmic cats!
A bright red colour with purplish reflections. A powerful nose of violets and red fruits. Very tasty in the mouth with raspberry and plum aromas. Medium-bodied on the palate, soft and juicy.

A beautiful pale rose made on the Mediterannean coast, which is also famous for the beautiful Rollier bird. Aromas of white peach, citrus and a hint of red summer fruits. Light, fresh and easy drinking.
Le Véritable, Jurançon Sec
A wonderfully fresh Gros Manseng from the foothills of the Pyrenees. Lively, fruity and dry in style with tangerine and lemon aromas. Elegant notes of ripe apple are followed by a long finish.

Font De Joubert Cotes Du Rhone
Font de Joubert are made by the Charrier family from old vines, many over 100 years old. These gnarly old vines produce a concentrated grape juice from a number of small plots that are co-fermented. Almost entirely Grenache, just 3% is made up of a mixture of other permitted varieties which are planted in among the Grenache vines. The focus here is on fresh elegance with great concentration rather than power and volume.
Un Bon Canon Côtes du Rhône
This is a vibrant and fresh style of Côtes du Rhône without any ageing in oak. A Grenache dominated blend with red fruit and supple tannins.

This is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Tannat, lots of fruit but still quite soft and approachable for a Madiran. The vineyards are planted on hillsides facing south towards the Pyrenean mountains, their focus is to produce great wines with the utmost respect for the environment. This wine would be ideal with charcuterie or strong cheeses.

The Château Saint Cyrgues estate is located in the South of France, near Nîmes. It faces the Petite Camargue, one of the most beautiful sites in France, and the Mediterranean Sea. The estate is over a hundred years old, but keeps up with the times as it is certified organic.

Well balanced aromas of tropical fruit including mango and pineapple, some time on the lees adds body to citrus notes with some salinity on the finish. Great to drink while young as an aperitf but will gain complexity as it ages for a lovely table wine.
Lo Petit Fantet d’Hippolyte
Château Ollieux Romanis is located in the heart of the Pinada massif , in the Corbières. Lo Petit has an intense nose, with sweet raspberry and kirsch fruit. Lightly spiced, unfined and unfiltered.
