This easy-drinking wine comes from Chile’s renowned Valle Central Region, where long hot days are followed by cool nights. This temperature difference ensures the grapes ripen slowly, so they develop maximum flavour. This is simply outstanding wine for the money, soft super-juicy ripe plummy fruit and a long full-flavoured finish.
An intense, violet-ruby colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong plum, cherry, and mulberry notes. The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.
This Sauvignon Blanc has intense aromas of grapefruit, passionfruit and Casablanca’s hallmark notes of jalapeño, with some floral nuances behind. In the mouth, the wine is crisp and refreshing, with clean, citrusy flavors and mineral acidity. Finishes clean and long.
‘No es Pituko’ is Chilean slang for ‘it ain’t fancy’ reflecting the fact that this wine was vinified naturally, without any additions at any stage. Vibrant aromas of peach and tropical fruits are layered with buttery notes and balanced by a
refreshing natural acidity.
Golden in colour, this complex wine reveals a seductive nose of quince jelly, acacia honey and candied orange peel. In the mouth, honeyed notes of dried apricot, figs and orange marmalade combine with decent acidity and structure. An unusually high amount of 330 grams of residual sugar create enormous palate weight, structure and length.

Distilled from Muscat and Pedro Ximenez grapes, this is really aromatic and herby, and has flavours of spice and peppery fruit.
