The Biscardo Family have been making wine from their base in Soave for over 150 years and are currently led by brothers Maurizio and Martino.
During the course of Maurizio’s long and illustrious career, he has consulted for well known wineries around Italy and in doing so he came across the vineyards for their Puglian wines. Both the Pugliese and Veneto wines are characterised by an almost dangerous drinkability, aromatic purity and exceptional value for money.
Herdade Do Portocarro is a project located on the border of Peninsula De Setubal and Alentejo regions. The aim is to produce the finest wines in limited and exclusive quantities for wine lovers to enjoy the quality. Typically the wines are tense and earthy, but also have a freshness and elegance to them.
A young rebel! A woodland like nose, that opens up with time into plums and dark chocolate. There is intensity and a freshness on the palate showing the terroir with flavours of coffee, chocolate and also some mint. A foody wine, best with some roast pork and many traditional home cooked meals.
Made with certified organic grapes, this is a dry, savoury red that from our experience, goes very well with cheese! No oak used, this is aged in cement vats to let the fruit do the talking. A percentage of every bottle sold goes to support protection of oceans and coastlines too!
Located just outside the quiet village of Valiano di Montepulciano, with Cortona on one side and Montepulciano on the other, Avignonesi is comprised of 9 vineyard plots, a villa, a chapel and the historic wine cellars. This is fruit forward, easy drinking and accessible. A fantastic option for an everyday bottle. Cherries, blackberries, thyme, red pepper and exotic spices.
Nittardi is a boutique winery situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, with vineyards in Chianti Classico and Maremma in southern Tuscany. Fascinating spice and chilli character with blackcurrant and cherry fruit on the nose. Medium to full bodied, firm and silky tannins and a fresh and elegant finish.
The Kaelsler family planted their first vines in 1893 and to this day the vines are made from these ancient, dry grown vineyards. This Cabernet Savignon is produced from vines planted in 1970 & 1990. The wine has notes of cedar spice and layered with red stone fruit on the nose. It is soft and elegant on the palate with hints of blackberry, liquorice and mocha. The wine was matured in 25% new French oak with the remainder in 2-3 year old oak to help craft well integrated tannins with a smooth lingering finish. An outstanding wine.

Established in 1970, Warramate wines is a small independently owned vineyard in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. The wines are produced by ‘Australian Winemaker of the Year 2017’ winner Sarah Crowe.
The Cabernet Sauvignon fruit is hand picked to ensure only the best quality fruit is used. The wine is medium bodied with notes of blackcurrant and blackberries and gentle tannins to produce a succulent wine with a deep concentrated finish. We’re huge fans of this wine; if you like Old World Cab Sauv, this New World is well worth a whirl.
Pair with roasted red meats or hearty Italian dishes.
Riglos is a town in La Pampa Province that friends Dario Werthein and Fabian Suffern have honored in naming their winery. It was a place where their ancestors had settled when they arrived in Argentina. In the Uco Valley, they found great parcels of grapes in a very barren landscape from which they made their first wines.
Surely one of the best Cabernet Sauvignons in Argentina. Excellent structure to the wine which carry layers of fruit and spices that grow beside the vineyard, they are highlighted by minerality and polished tannins.
