The ‘Pisse Vieille’ district of Brouilly is so highly regarded that it is the only officially recognized sub-zone in the region and this wine is a testament to that great terroir. The palate is classic Beaujolais, packed to the rafters with ripe berries and cherries on soft and supple tannins, with spicy notes developing through the long finish.
